Instructions Not Clear Enough for Sleep-Deprived Mom
My review reflects the instructions and not the actual mouthguards because unfortunately, I didn't really get to try them.Let me explain-I grind my teeth at night which makes my teeth painfully shift during the day. I hoped that getting a mouthguard would solve that. I'm the kind of person that reads all the instructions and follows them to a t. And maybe someone a little less sleep deprived than this mama might not have had the same issues, but here I am.The instructions mentioned that the box had 2 different sizes. There were 2 different packages inside so I figured one package must be one size and the other package the other size even though they looked very similar. After going through the entire process and not hardly being able to fit the 'bottom' in my mouth I realized that for some reason they put the 2 different size guards in the same package. One size should be in one package and the other size should be in a separate package.I could have just went through the process with the smaller other guard had I not had other difficulties as well. The directions were not clear about only boiling one guard at a time and only placing one guard in your mouth at a time. Now, maybe to others this is common sense, but it wasn't to me and trying to fit 2 in my mouth at the same time (especially with one being too big) resulted in seriously misshapen mouthguards that we're unable to be used.

Don’t be in rush when molding these
I was skeptical at first. You have to be quick once the corners start curling- if not it’ll shrink down and your back molars won’t mold. It took me three times to get the right fit- luckily you can re mold these. Which I really liked about this product. It’s super comfortable to wear. Snug fit to my teeth. Most mornings I get out of bed and start my day before I realize I still have the guard in. Be patient when molding these.

Help with clenching
Fitting it to my teeth was easy, I just followed the instructions. So instead of clenching my teeth together I have this in my mouth. I have only used it for a week but it seems to be fine. I used the adult size one, it doesn't over the back teeth totally but that doesn't seem an issue, maybe I have a big mouth LOL.

I wasnt sure about shopping for these online but took the leap. This is my favorite night guard yet. It was easy to mold to my teeth and it is comfortable to sleep in.

It is comfortable and easy to form. All you need is hot water not boiling water. It's not easy to chew through either.
