The Evoluent mouse is a wrist saver. I have one at work and two at home. My wrist was hurting when using a traditional mouse so I tried the Evoluent (vertical) mouse and the pain went away immediately. If you are experiencing any wrist pain caused by a traditional mouse, you have to try the Evoluent mouse.

I've owned an Evoluent vertical mouse for years. When I could no longer take the wrist pain/numbness I decided to try one out. The Evoluent mouse took a few days to get used to, but it stopped my pain and became my best friend after I learned how great they are. With 6 programmable buttons it will take a good deal of time off your maneuvering thru software and web sites. Be sure to buy carefully; Evoluent has vertical mice for right and left handers, as well as several sizes to fit your hand.The reason I am writing is because several days ago I dropped my mouse and it would not work anymore. I had to use a back up, regular type mouse until my new Evoluent arrived. (I shipped it overnight) I purchased the same one I always had...the VM4RW.I bought the mouse from JESTIK thru Amazon; The transaction thru Jestik to my front door went as smooth as possible. The mouse arrived in environmental packaging and ALL was well. They included a microfiber cloth as well. I would buy from Jestik again.If you are one of the many who get wrist/arm pain while using the mouse, do yourself a favor and try an Evoluent vertical mouse. There are a few other brands of vertical mice, but I only have experience with Evoluent. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.Hope this helps in some small way. Greg

I received this same mouse two years ago. I work 90ish hours a week and I used it until it started smoking. My son let me use his gaming mouse last week. My hands hurt and I knew I needed a new Evoluent. Best mouse I have ever used!

I was lucky the mouse arrived in one piece.The bag was partially torn open, the box wide open inside. (I had mine delivered to a locker pickup.) The plastic cover protected the mouse from damage. I thought it was a fully bluetooth mouse and struggled connecting it to the computer until I shook the bag out to find the USB port (again, luckily not damaged with the plastic covering).Otherwise, the mouse is amazing for saving my wrist and the extra keys to make my workload more efficient. Make sure to download the manager though since the "Smart Scroll" is really janky and terrible, so it's better to turn it off. I'd give it a full 5 stars if not for the package.

I believe I have achieved mouse nirvana. After having tremendous pain in my mousing hand/arm I was desperate for something, anything that would help alieve my pain. I mouse for over 8 hours everyday, and it's how I make my living, what I went to college for - there was no giving this up!! I did some research and found this mouse. Combined with a little mouse cushion I am loving it. It's been two days and all pain is gone. GONE. After months and months of suffering. Don't know what took me so long to try this, but am I ever happy I did. It came nicely packaged and was easy to set up. Basically plug and go. I downloaded the mouse software from the Evoluent site and I really like it too. I also appreciate the little Jestik wipey thing that came with it to keep the chrome part looking shiny. Great buy, very happy.

Do not purchase Worst mouse I've ever owned. It's to big, clunky and the USB does not fit properly causing connection issues. This mouse went in the trash.

I received my vertical mouse and it works great. The software download from Evoluent makes assigning the keys easy. Thanks!

I've been using the wired version for years now at work and bought this wireless one to fit inside the restricted space of my sit/stand convertible desk. I'm on ChromeOS and have had no issues after about a month of use. I work 8-10 hours each day on a computer and have had my share wrist, shoulder and neck pain. This mouse helps so much to relieve the pain.Upright mice in general take some getting used to. When I first tried one, I felt like my arm had been numbed at the dentist; I was stupidly inaccurate at pointing at things... it's just a larger chunk of plastic that you're pushing around on the desk with your whole arm rather than fine wrist movements you have with a regular mouse. Once your arm gets used to precise movements, you'll love the mouse.
