Very well constructed and as described by seller. Love the flip up design for when you're not carrying anything on it. Very easy to use.

This is a new experience for us. We found the instructions lacking. Fortunately, the man that sold us the electric wheelchair knew how to install the anti-tilt portion of the ramp and corrected it for us.

for one it will not hold a 450 lb electric chair wobble bracket is useless had to have it welded s that it wont wobble wasteful purchase

Read the reviews. Mine also came dented in two places. Instructions useless. Silver King?... Where did they get the horrid gray paint? Pull pins don't line up with frame openings. Reduced price?...I think these units are seconds. Very heavy and hard to handle. Look elsewhere.

when you fold it up against the truck it is really loose and learn to one side.

Received. Promptly..very well made..and strong..Just what we needed to carry our mobility scooter. Easy to load.

Works great for what I needed it will need a touch up of paint with all our rain in Washington State. One reflector was badly damaged but I emailed amazon and they had a replacement sent out right away. It is heavy takes two people to insert and remove from hitch. I like that if folds up while on hitch.

Broke almost immediately. Do not waste your money.
