Much quieter, easy install, arrived in a bag
The shafts are a little longer and slighter narrower than my original rollers, but worked just fine. Got them the next day as promised. The box was put in a bag and did not hold up too well, 2 fell out but all 12 survived just fine since the bag had no rips or holes. So not going to knock off any stars. Easy to install and I did all 12 in our less than an hour with a cordless drill. Much smoother than before and any noise I still have I blame on the chain drive opener.

Silent Garage Door Rollers
These rollers are a fantastic quality and solid looking in appearance. I like that the bearings are sealed so no dust or oil can get in. The 4" stem is a solid metal. The 2" rollers spin very smooth. Very easy installation process in replacing 24 rollers. . Do your research on Youtube for guidelines on how to SAFELY install the rollers. I will buy these again and I recommended these rollers to family and friends.

The Rollers are Excellent But Packaging and Delivery is Poor
The media could not be loaded. I received the package LATE (becoming an Amazon normal) and the package was open damaged box. Installation was quick and the rollers did a great job reducing noises and more smooth operation. They seem to be good quality product replacing the originals that sure were 30 plus years.I don’t know if the rollers were originals or not since the box was definitely damaged and had been opened before. The delay from Amazon in delivering really leaves much to be desired.

Likes it so much I bought another set for 2nd door.
Worked as promised. Eliminated much of the noise…and door lifts easier now. Watched video on how to replace even the load bearing ones.

Easy install
These were fairly easy to install. What I did was remove a single hinge, swap rollers, and replace the hinge before moving on. For the bottom rollers, mine had the cables for the lift spring attached, so I rolled the door all the way up so the bottom rollers were just above the curved track, separated the curved track and slowly rolled down until the roller was free. Swapped, rolled up, and realigned the track. Door rolls much more smoothly now.
