Great Sound
Restoring my fender prison reverb amp. This was the right call for the speaker. Sounds great.

Solid option at a great price
I had bought a Peavey backstage 30 from the late 70’s and the speaker was shot. Since I bought the amp for $20, I wasn’t really into the idea of dropping $100 on a replacement speaker. With that said, this speaker is a solid replacement. It handles more low end than the stock speaker. It has a nice high end and smooth mids. Impressed for the price. I would say the speaker doesn’t really have an inherent sound like some speakers. It’s a quality replacement at a nice price.

Outstanding upgrade
I removed the stock 8" speaker from my Fender LT25 modeling amp and put this 10" baby right in. A great fit and a remarkable upgrade. Now my #1 tone amp.

Much better than expected for the price
This Celestion 10” replaced the old Peavey speaker in a cabinet I restored to use as the onstage monitor for my guitar. I couldn’t afford a top of the line Celestion, but I trusted the name and the great reviews for this low cost model. I was blown away by how good it sounds! Get one and you will be too!

Great replacement speaker for small practice amps
Great upgrade/replacement speaker for a Fender 25R - breaks up nicely at lower volumes while still maintaining nice crisp highs. The mounting holes lined up perfectly and there are twice as many as needed for most applications (eight lug holes, but most cabinets only use four). I would have given five stars, but I was a little disappointed to discover this speaker is made in China - If I had known that before ordering,. I would have bought an Eminence speaker (USA) Eminence Patriot Ragin Cajun 10" Guitar Speaker, 75 Watts at 8 Ohms .

It will kill
Bitchin' I stuck 2 in a big whomper cabinet and it wails with a joyo and a schecter banshee with a sustainiac. It go weeeeeee agggggg oooooooooo waaaaa sheeeeeee and other crunch noises. Then the grand kids make me turn it down. Not my fault they don't like death metal or speed metal or metal in general.

Lovely tone
Used this to replace a speaker in an old Peavey Backstage 30. The result is wonderful. Great clean tones and excellent break up. Great speaker. Nuff said.

Sheerness?
Second option for review - What the heck quality of any speaker is "Sheerness"? Real Review: Loud, compressed mid-tone sound. good drop-in replacement for not too much money. Cheapest Celestion Guitar Speaker Out There - time to rig more 4x10 cabs because 12" speakers from the Big C cost too danged much.

Excellent upgrade.
This arrived very much earlier than the lengthy (weeks) advised time which was great. Best price around. Swapped out the stock speaker in my Crate V5 guitar amp for this along with a preamp valve upgrade and the change is remarkable.
