I bought this to help relieve gout attacks. Surprisingly it works well. During a gout flare, take one or 2 without food every 3 hours. The pain dissipated quicker than taking Naproxen, without the health risks. Buy it. Keep a stash handy. You won't regret it.

I was introduced to Bromelain due to a surgery. It was a repeat and I had not tried it the first time. What a difference! Almost no bruising and I healed so quickly. Probably the right stuff
I bought this brand because my previous brand was no longer available. The previous brand was a light tan; these are white. I think they are working, but I can't tell them apart from my calcium capsules.
