These are by far the best Gatorade’s I’ve ever had in my life. They are the only kind I will buy for now on. I like the size. It is bigger than the small but smaller than the large. I don’t taste salt in it and I know there is some so that’s good. It’s convenient you could take it on the go without any worry about spills or leakage or anything and when you’re feeling dehydrated, it helps make you hydrated so fast.

Blue Frost is hands-down my favorite Gatorade flavor. It’s crisp, not too sweet, and always hits the spot—especially after a tough workout or a hot day.The hydration is great, and it helps with energy and recovery without feeling heavy. I’d give it ten stars if I could. This is by far the best tasting Gatorade flavor and is the only one I regularly buy. It has a tartness and sweetness that is very satisfying. Buy it and try it!

Love tge taste and is a refreshing for this heat. Highly recommend it for hydration and electrolytes.
