Comfortable and pretty it need to exchange. Arrived with Haley film on top of band on flip flop.

The item arrived defective. I ordered these to take on vacation, but unfortunately, they didn’t arrive in time. After returning from Europe, I tried them on and noticed that one of the straps is significantly looser than the other, making them unwearable. I’ve owned the same pair for 7 years, so I know this isn’t how they’re supposed to fit. I tried contacting Amazon to request an exchange, explaining that I couldn’t return them on time because they were delivered after I had already left the country. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get help. Disappointed with the product and the customer service experience.
