I love, love, love, this bottle! I was drinking, literally, 2 to 3 glasses of water a day, and was severely dehydrated. I bought this, hoping I could make my way to drinking the amount of water I needed each day. Well, on the very first day, I did it, and surpassed it! Having the full bottle of water with me all day makes me remember to drink. It's also the perfect size to take anywhere. As long as I have it within reach, i am drinking from it. And, the straw is a great idea. Drinking water could not be any easier than with this water bottle. If you need to drink more than the 73 oz, just refill the bottle. It's not clumpy, and has a handle for easy use. I love it so much I bought two more, one for my husband and the other for my son. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Works perfectly! Oh, and pretty colors to choose from too!

First off I have to say this is the best way to stay on track. I used to have a really hard time drinking two 8oz bottles of water a day. But this has made it so much easier for me to drink and not fill lot it is to much. I love the design of the bottle is has two different ways for you to carry the bottle. The handle is the best way to carry it when you first fill your bottle but the strap is good for you if your hands is full and you need to clip it on something. I love the two hour time that is on the side to make sure you are drinking a certain amount in a certain amount of time. I love the large twist off cap it makes it easier to clean, however I brought a bottle cleaning to really get to the bottom and clean it. This is one of the best bottles I have purchased that helped me with drinking more water daily.

Great quality’s I use this item heavily! Great product and well made. I would suggest washing it first before you use it. There’s a strong plastic smell. But other than that it’s easy to clean and good for everyday use

I LOVE this bottle, I have been using it everyday for a month now. The only downside is holding it up to my fridge to fill it! It gets really heavy but that's not enough to take a star away. I am a teacher so this is a great way to track my water without having to fill my water bottle multiple times. I love that it has the time marks on it because it keeps me on track. My students will even say, you're behind on your water. The plastic is not as durable as say a Nalgene bottle. There is no doubt in my mind that if I dropped it, it would definitely break. But with all of that water adding weight to it you wouldn't want it to be any heavier, plus that's more force to cause it to break. I just am very careful with it and always use the handle or the strap when carrying it.

I love this starter bottle to my hydration needs. It's fantastic if you're I'll and can't keep getting up for water.
