What I like best is that it's thick and soft; doesn't wrinkle or rub. I wear it the shoulder way but the neck way may give more elbow support. You may want to check with your doctor to see if it unweights the joint sufficiently for his purposes. I wore a regular type sling initially following shoulder replacement then switched to this one after a week. Once I figured it out it is easy to put on and off.

Awesome brace that doesn’t scratch or drag on your skin like a regular arm sling. I used it for nerve damage in my arm that was sensitive to touch.

So I have not used this too much, but it seems like it will hold up well. I like that it is easy to put on and easy to carry around, and leaves the arm open. I have tennis elbow and like to use it to just hold my arm in place so I don't use it and can give it a rest. It has velcro, so not sure how long that will hold up and stay sticky. It's pretty comfortable too. For the price it seems like it is a good product.

A little hard to figure out but way better then the keep store slings. It’s nice to have a few different ways to use so you don’t have it rubbing on the same spots for days

Arrived missing small Velcro piece than is required for it to work, I waited to get it and it’s not useable so useless. So if anyone is waiting looking to get this for their injury, pass, it arrive useless
