This PC came in excellent shape, other than a couple little scratches on the case it looks brand new, and the monitor is like new. This PC came on time, and was packaged very well and safely, clearly marked fragile and "PC" to help delivery drivers know to be careful. Setting up was literally plugging it in and than setting up the fresh install of windows 10, didn't need to enter an activation key it was on board and ready to boot up. It came with a wifi adapter and has Ethernet ports as well. Buying this PC for so cheap I knew it wouldn't be a gaming powerhouse, but it's a lot more powerful than I imagined it would be. It has a slow write speed sure, but it can run more than you think. I've had it a few days and have been steadily testing what it's limits are, and it can run Fallout new Vegas, it can play CS:GO on full servers, and I haven't tried anything more intense than that but it seems it can go a bit further still lsince I've had no trouble with those games. It isn't the fastest thing and definitely won't be playing warzone or anything but for less than $200, it is a blessing how much I can do with this. For anyone on a budget who wants to game but doesn't require the most bleeding edge tech on the market, this is an amazing deal. And for anyone who wants to do art, writing, work, browsing, sky is the limit. Wonderful product

Please don't waste your money. The seller failed to test the item to confirm proper working conditions. There's no audio from the speakers or any headset, it makes an unusual noise when it runs. Windows support isn't avaialable on the desktop. Updates and security shows needed updates as far back as 2017 and there was an error message under teh settings stating that the computer is missing security fixes. The wifi adapter constantly drops an interent connection, and the monitor looks nothing like the advertisment.

From the revews, it looks like you could get a bad one. I got a good one and everything works as it should. Cheap working computer I`m a happy camper. If you get a bad one send it back and get another, stop whining people.Update: I have bought 3 of these computers and put them in different areas of the house and 1 in my camper, all work well and were clean with new parts ( keyboard-mouse- internet chip) there is no sense in buying an expensive computer with these around for this price point.

This computer is great for the price! I hadn't noticed it was a 2012 model, but all the parts work, right out of the box. I hooked up some old speakers and it sounds great. The only thing I would have wished for was word to be included. Everything is clean, unmarked and visually acceptable. Its nice to have a desk top again. I've been working with laptops, tablets and my phone. It's bang for the money. So glad I bought it.

I purchased a refurbished Dell computer desk top preparing for a work from home job. I didn't need it right away, but in near future. It did not work , I called Dell.com for tech support who said by checkingvthe serial #, this computer is 10 years old and is at the end of life. This co. Should not have refurbished a 10yr old computer and sold it to anyone, I feel it was intendant fraud to me the customer. After talking to Amazon, who checked with the insurance I purchased, I was able to get into computer, it's working, but I'm still concerned with it being 10 yrs old.
