I waited a while to review this supplement because I wanted to see if they really made any difference. I researched a lot of different brands and combinations of ingredients before trying these. The combination of vitamins, minerals, herbs and amino acids in this sold me. I have not been diagnosed with hypothryoidism but it runs in my family and I have many of the symptoms. I do not want to take any synthetic medications after seeing how they affect family members so I started researching natural alternatives. I am now halfway through my second bottle of these and I feel so much better than I did before taking them. I even experimented between bottles and stopped taking them for two weeks to see if I felt any different and my energy level drastically dropped. After about 3 days back on them my energy returned. I love its only two capsules a day. I take them first thing in the morning and they don't bother my stomach at all even when taken with no food. Occasionally I will taste the cayenne right after I take them but not often so you may want to take them with food as the label suggests. I am hypersensitive to medications yet have not experienced any side effects whatsoever. To me these are a Godsend! Thank you AmNature!!!

In all fairness, I did feel a slight change but keep in mind my hypothyroidism was able to progress for close to 20 years because of misdiagnosis. Do I believe this product works? I do, I felt a slight change but in my case it wasn't enough. Keep in mind that not all thyroid dysfunctions are identical even if it carries the same title- hypo/hyper/hashimotos etc. Try it out, see if it works for you, shop around until you find the right one for your body (maybe it's this one and maybe it's not).

I received my order in just a few days and so far everything is as promised. I think it will take awhile for the actual effects to take hold but I did my research and this supplement seems to have all the suggested vitamins and minerals to support a heathy thyroid.

Was subscribed Synthroid but insurance would not cover it. Decided to try this natural supplement for Thyroid. Have taken it for 1 month and went and got tested and all is good. It has work pretty good for my small thryroid problem. Drink a lot of fluid to down the pill because it tends to get stock in esophagus and opens and the powder testing like ginger goes up to your nose. Is not a problem but is not plesant.

The product arrived very quickly and in good order. Today is the second day of trying the product and so far it seems pretty good. I felt good all day so I hope it will continue to help with my slow metabolism and I will see wonderful results.

I like knowing that I am doing everything I can do to ensure my thyroid is working as it should. Thank you for this product.
