To start, the material is very soft and comfortable. The waistband is fully wrapped with the material so it's soft and smooth against the skin too. I really like the added touch of using mesh which keeps everything cool. I also like the narrow design. A lot of thongs flare wider toward the waistband. These don't exactly taper in, but they don't flare out either. The material stretches well so you won't be spilling out the sides, but the narrow design is definitely more provocative than other designs.So why the note of cancer in the title? As a testicular cancer survivor, it's hard to find underwear that fits the same as they used to, or to accentuates the body if you're looking for something racy. The treatment can be a bit "deflating" if you don't get prosthetics to replace what was removed (one or both). I did not. As a result you're left with essentially no sack (if they take both) or a much smaller one if they managed to save one. This causes the penis to sit lower in your underwear since there's nothing (or less) beneath it. Now that the "problem" is explained for those who didn't know.Most underwear is designed to comfortably hold a full sack along with the penis. While this thong is likely to be able to do that fine (it's very stretch), the design of pouch seems to be intended to hold everything up more than other brands/designs. I took a photo of it laying sideways. The main thing I noticed is that the top of the pouch is shorter than the bottom, which causes it to hold higher. Most designs have a longer top to the pouch making them more of a full arc. When you're missing "parts" this causes what's left to sag unflatteringly low. Whether intentional or not, the cut of these makes for a higher holding position which looks and feels more like things used to.In short. Whether you're intact or marred by cancer treatment, these will be a great choice. Soft, comfortable, breathable. And for those who want a higher hold, these do that too.I originally ordered 1 pair, not knowing what to expect. After wearing them, I was so happy with them that I immediately ordered 3 more in different colors. My only complaint is that they are imported so it takes a while to get them (and you're not buying local). If you can accept that one issue, they're perfect.

Got the black version of these first off, GF liked them so much she convinced me to go with the pink. Simply put, these are the best men's thongs I have been able to find... And I went looking trust that. Comfortable, sexy, can be worn as swim wear, underwear, workout wear. It's difficult to find a good guy thong like what these are.

I've tried a couple of thongs/g-strings from this brand. It seems that each order fits even better than the last. I simply have few words for how everything fits, and stays where it is. Within minutes of putting this thong on, I forget that I am wearing one. The best part is how the pouch fits my balls, and lifts them up a bit. You can see the effect, even when wearing jeans.

I ordered the same size but different color prior to this purchase. That "g" is great. For some reason this one does not meet the same expectations!

I’m a bisexual guy and love wearing thongs and I love the color pink for starters. Also great for swimwear. Just make sure the pouch fits around your package if you wear it, of course. The string feels great too. Love it a lot. Well done! 💯

These are, overall, nice g-strings. They have a nice look to them, a nice feel, comfortable, lots to like about them. Wearing for a day they are still not bad to have on; the mesh fabric helps a lot with airing you out, the pouch is supportive and nicely size for the average or above average man. The only downside is the string, it is a little rough on the sewing and a bit chunky; that does not really detract from the wearability but you do notice it.Overall, I like them and will buy them again.

It fits perfect for me nice and snug, definitely increases a bulge it adds. My wife loves when I wear them because it shows off what I have ;) I have the pink one but i am ordering a couple more colors.
