I really like her books because there is no crap in this like no cussing no, God's name in vain. Every single book I have read from her I have learned from.

I would recommend this book Good description of life in the late 1800's so me suspense and i love the scripture.

The story was ok, but I am having mixed feelings about the story. Story line was all right, but it bothers me that attitudes, language and setting seem are not period perfect. It is a modern romance I guess. If you are looking for an old fashioned romance this would not be it.

Sometimes we allow worries and fear to keep us from being content and enjoy life. The character of Marty did exactly that. She worried about everything. I know life has many challenges and disappointments even though we try to trust God for the outcome. Marty worried that God's outcome wasn't what she wanted. But in the end things worked out. Alice was a delightful character in the book. Even though life had many hurts, tragedies and disappointments she she maintained a sweet spirit and trusted in God. Love the happy ending.

This story was beautifully written. Yes there was a little hardship and trust in the Lord but God is faithful to help us see His mercy. A beautiful reminder of God's promises to never leave or forsaken us.

I loved Robert and Alice's story. It had wonderful drama and romance. This book also continued Jake and Marty's story. I love reading about characters from previous books in the series. I will definitely read the next book in the series.

LOVED the second book in Tracie Peterson's new series. Following this family who we read about so many years ago is now back and I enjoy getting to know them all over again. I like how Tracie brought in the Vandermark family into this series as well. I always enjoy Texas books and of course Texas mixed with Tracie Peterson...of course it is going to be an outstanding novel with history, romance, God, death, triumphs and trials...should I go on? lol!!

Enjoying this series. Looking forward to more novels with tnese characters and settings Thank you. I do recommend this book
