The media could not be loaded. We don’t have windows in our living room and I was DYING of heat! Thanks to prime I got this in just a few days!!! I was super nervous because it only had 12 reviews. I liked that it came with the 2 ice packs that I froze for about 9 hours before I used it. The instructions were kind of confusing so I waited to use it until my husband came home to put water in it. I really like that it has locking wheels on 2 of the wheels it comes with. It wasn’t too heavy and I was able to unbox it and carry it downstairs and put the wheels on by myself. We currently have it going right now and it’s great! It’s blowing super cold with just the ice packs and the water in it! There isn’t any ice in it right now however it’s only about 80 degrees out. The only bad part is that since it’s a swamp cooler it makes the whole floor super humid. I don’t really think it’s worth $292 to make it so humid so I’ll probably end up returning. BUT I am kind of sad because the breeze feels AMAZING but if I leave the couch it’s too humid for me. I’ll probably just end up getting another fan!! :( BUT if you have a window you can use to ventilate then this would be a wonderful choice!!

Very cheaply made. Opened up and wouldn’t turn on, found wires loose in control panel. Fixed it, ran a while, barely pumps fast enough to keep all filters wet. Then eventually stopped working. Poor poor quality.

I really had higher expectations when I saw this, I am a full time gamer and my gaming room gets super hot because there's only one window and its a bit far from where I sit, the fan its really nice and the speed works wells HOWEVER price is too high for its performance, the cool mode gives you practically the same breeze as the fan mode just a bit wet but it won't cool off my room as I thought it would.

Package came quickly and is as described. Instructions need improvement and could be better. Light assembly with attachment of castors. When I looked inside the water well I could see some debris, a part of the pump floating around and the pump itself was loose from its bracket. I was able to carefully remove rear filter and fix the problem which included adding the rubber feet to the pump and putting pump in its proper bracket and cleaning out the well. After that all seems to be working. Maybe problem was a one-off so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here with 4 stars.

I like the fact that it can be moved to any location and as long as you have a long enough pipe you can fill up the water. I also like that it keeps you cool without the large electric bills and works in Maryland despite the humidity. Also if you want the one with the remote make sure you pick the correct model.

Item stopped working 1 week after being delivered. I received the DUOLANG 2059 CFM on July 27th, 2020 And today August 4th it is no longer blowing air. The fan is not working and it is not blocked by any items or debris. The other features such as cooling and swing are operational but that is no good without a functioning fan to blow air. I cannot reach the seller other than email and waiting for them to reply. I am not happy with this product nor customer service.

Easy to use and one tank water storage lasts for hours as described.Using this swamp cooler in my garage here in the Las Vegas valley and it really works to keep me nice and cool. The additional Ice packs helps to cool thugs down pretty fast.Easy to fill water tank and use.

We bought this for our patio but in the temperatures above 90 it does not work very well. It just moves the hot air around. We tried adding cold water and an ice pack in the tray but that didn't help. We're keeping it for the somewhat milder warm temperautes <80. But for summer in the dry south it's pretty useless. The product itself is somewhat flimsy. We have to bang the buttons on top to turn it on and off. They system does not respond. We were also missing the screws for the wheels at bottom in the packaging. The unit is very mobile and light weight for easy movement. The unit is about as loud as your air conditioning unit outside (newer models). Not bad enough to return but didn't live up to my hopes.
