Lovely smooth olive oil
Arrived fast and packaged well! The olive oil itself is great, high quality and tastes like pure olive oil - you can smell the olives and it’s very smooth too. Very happy with it.

Hands down the best olive oil I’ve ever tried!
I’m a bit of an olive oil snob, and this Kleos Kalamata EVOO is honestly next-level. It’s so rich and flavorful, like you can taste the quality. The moment I opened the bottle, I knew it was the real deal—super fresh, with that perfect balance of fruity and peppery notes.I’ve been using it on everything, from salads to dipping bread, and even just drizzling over veggies or pasta. It takes every dish up a notch! Plus, knowing it’s from Kalamata olives gives it that authentic touch. If you’re looking for a premium olive oil that makes everything taste amazing, this is it. Worth every penny—I’m definitely stocking up!

Recommended.
Bought after reading about the heath benefits of extra virgin olive oil. Personally, I have experienced a reduction of a constant (and occasionally painful) ache in one of my shoulders and a noticeable softening of my skin. I also enjoy the taste. This oil is also much better for cooking with than shop bought oils.

Olive oil
Lovely olive oil, just a pain to pour out without dripping any and wasting it.

Excelent taste and value!
Arrived fast and well packaged. I didn’t know what to expect given the relatively modest price. The taste is far better than expected and far better than more expensive brands. I can actually feel the taste of olives! If they keep the current price ( very reasonable for a 1L EVOO) , I would definitely become a super fan of it! Highly recommended.

Few issues noticed, not tried it yet. could potential score higher once tasted.
Just received this today. Best before date is 31/12/2025. from Nov-Dec 2023 harvest. So effectively a 7 month best before date before its not so best! That's not particularly good when i compare wih other similar greek EV oils I normally buy.I have 2 other 1 litre oils in the queue to open, but this one has moved ahead of them both becuase of the earlier BB date.So i cannot comment on the quality of this quite yet,The 5 litre container was well packaged and yet still had one fairly small dent and another across the whole of one side - albeit not a very deep dent. - see pictures. Why is EVERY EV greek oil I have purchased from various brands have some kind of dent in them. If i was a suspicious person i would say that all these are rejects from being sold in proper retail establishements. So you could argue that you are getting a bit of a bargain becuase of it. When visiting various greek islands I have never seen any oil container being sold with any damage, but most were quite expensive - which is ludicrous when you consider you are in the country they make them! Also I've always had the belief tins with dents could potentially spoil the contents over time. Although not sure how true that is. perhaps small dents is OK.This is an Edit to my above comment having now opened and used it for some time. The taste is smooth as has been pointed out, but I have to say there is nothing special about the overall taste. In fact i would say it does not really stand out at all. It's quite a smooth mellow taste as you can just about make it out in salads. Not sure where these 'best' comments come from. Perhaps its the batch? Also perhaps having it purely on bread with some lemon it may taste better, but we genrally dont have it that way.
