Broke at 11 months
This hose nozzle by Rapsil worked not even a year before a part broke off. While I was watering plants the 'water controlling knob' just shot off and water was shooting from both the nozzle and the hole that the knob once fit in. Once I turned the water source off, the 'water controlling knob' would not fit back in past the gasket. I think I adjusted this 'water control' maybe once since owning this nozzle, so it couldn't have broken off due to overuse. I'm just glad that part didn't shoot off and hurt anyone in my family who uses it. The listing states, "Backed up by 100% Money Back Guarantee", guess I'll see how good that is, but honestly I don't know that I want another potentially hazardous nozzle with a part that can become a projectile.

Excellent value for good quality nozzle.
This is a very good product with high value compared to other nozzles I have purchased in the past 10 years. We have a very large yard with many flowerbeds and sapling or seedling trees, so run 4 different 100 foot garden hoses to keep things alive, and used to go through nozzles about every two years. This one has some nice features - a flow control valve on the back to turn the water on and off, a nice long handle to increase leverage and keep your hand from getting sore/tired when watering the beds, and the rotating spray selector on the nose is easy to turn and doesn't leak (after using it 3 or 4 times a week since February) and the price is right! (I'm going to buy 4 or 5 more of these to have on hand just in case). My only tip is that if you leave your nozzles attached to a metal male end of your garden hose, wrap the threads with some teflon tape before you put the nozzle on.... this isn't to prevent leaking, but is to allow easy removal at the end of the season. The metal that is used is good stuff, but over time (depending on how hard your water is and the pH) oxidized material will cause the connection to seize on the male threads and it will become very difficult or impossible to rotate the nozzle off the end of the hose. The teflon tape prevents this from occurring.

Update 5-15-16: Seller has provided outstanding support in standing behind their product. My first nozzle must have been defective because based on the majority of reviews buyers have not had any problems. Seller replaced it and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied which I am and would highly recommend this seller because of that alone. Like many people I work hard for my money and can't cant afford to waste any so this level of support is greatly appreciated, thank you Dave. This is my first 1 star review, after only a few uses for no apparent reason where the seam between the black and gray at the bottom is spraying water to the point of making this useless. I purchased it in February in order to be prepared for spring and summer so the Amazon protection is not in effect. So unless the seller replies to this review then their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee means nothing and I will be out of $15.00 which is the price I paid when purchased.

Broke and no response from manufacturer
The regulator valve popped off the back of the nozzle (right after the month return policy), causing the water to jet out there instead. I contacted Rapsil several times since they have a "lifetime warranty". The only way to get in contact is through a webform on their website, and they have ignored every message I've sent. So their product falls apart and they don't respond to complaints. Seems there are a lot better options out there for a nozzle. Try them.

Good, quality product at a reasonable price.
I'm a lifelong gardener and, if you're active in outdoors as I am, you've probably gone through your share of hose fixtures.I usually buy my hose fixtures from the "big box" stores where I get other materials for home and lawn care, but I noticed the prices there creeping upward. I ordered this nozzle on Amazon, frankly, because I liked the price. When I got it, I realized that it is, indeed, the kind of solid, rugged construction I like to find in this kind of piece. I water every day during spring, summer and fall -- somewhere among our flower beds and pots. So, I'm constantly adjusting and using it.It's a good solid product -- and that's why I'm giving it 5 stars -- and I'll bet it's priced very competitively on Amazon with what you'll find on the shelves of your local stores for this quality.

Great customer service! Good nozzle!
I purchased three of these nozzles early last year (2016). All three were left on their respected hoses since that time and exposed to all the heat, winter, and sun that coastal Virginia could throw at them. All that time I had absolutely no leaks in any of the units. Zero. These nozzles were left on their respective hoses for the full time. I eventually had a problem after over a year with the yellow ring which helps to allow the user to select the spray pattern. After all the time outside it had some cracking from sun exposure and it began to slip. This did not make the unit unusable, just slightly inconvenient. I contacted the seller, Ausgreening, and Dave immediately and proactively resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Dave was pleasant when working the problem and did a great job in fixing it. I highly recommend this seller without qualms!

Junk- and potentially dangerous!
This sprayer is shoddily made. I bought this late last summer, used it weekly for a couple of months. We opened up our garden last week and went to water the plants with this sprayer; the knob on the back popped off as soon as we turned the water on. My 4 year old son got hit in the face with a torrent of water- the force it coming out the back of the sprayer shot the knob 20 feet behind him. Thank goodness it missed his face! It's a piece of junk.
