Stainless Steel Flanera, 6 x 6 x 3.5 Inches Flan Pan, Capacity 38 fl. oz, Compatible with Instant Pot 3qt, Molde Para Flan

I used this to make a Flan for Christmas and it worked flawlessly. The only issue was one of the latches was not perfectly lined up and gets caught just a little bit. It isn't built to where I would call it "bulletproof" but it is very sufficient for the price. The flan cooked perfectly and came out like a charm; maybe that was the method and specific recipe I used, but I was very satisfied with how it cooked, came out and tasted. I would purchase again.

I absolutely love my new stainless steel flan pan. I have had it for a couple of months now and haven’t even used it for flan yet. I use it in my instant pot (8 qt) to make my basmati rice. I put one cup rice this pan with one and one quarter cups water and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Put the lid on. Then I put a cup of water in the pot, then a trivet. I put my new pan on the trivet, put the IP lid on and set the pressure cook time for 4 minutes. I then allow it to release naturally for 10 minutes. Voila. Perfect every time, and I don’t even have to clean the Instant Pot. Just rinse, and go. And the leftover rice goes straight into the fridge in the new stainless steel pan. I just love it.I paid a little extra for the etching on the sides. I’m so glad that I did. It’s so pretty.

First, the pan is beautiful with a mirror finish inside and out. The clamps tightly seal the lid to the pan. The size produces a perfectly size flan, a tad thicker than our 9-inch pan makes. As you can see in the attached photo, it produces a beautiful flan. Love the pan and the flan it makes!

I LOVE this flan pan!! This is the 8qt. size. Let me say right off, I DON'T have an Instapot! It's the "new age" name for pressure cooker.Being a Baby Boomer, my Mom had a pressure cooker. I remember how DANGEROUS they were back then.That being said, what appealed to me about this pan were the locking clips & THE HANDLE! The handle, to me, cinches this pan.I decided to see if this pan would work in an oven using a "bain de marie" or water bath for my flan. In the past, I've always wrapped my pan with foil & tied it tight to keep out moisture. A real pain.This pan works BEAUTIFULLY!! The clips are very TIGHT! No moisture gets in. The stainless is thick and substantial. The cleanup is EASY! Dishwasher safe! The handle is sturdy & secure, not flimsy.I used the suggested recipe which is :4 eggs1 can evaporated milk1 can sweetened condensed milk8 oz softened cream cheesePinch of saltDash of real vanilla( I added real vanilla bean seeds also)3/4c granulated sugar( for caramel)The video suggests that you don't have to grease the pan, but, I did. I sprayed Pam onto a paper towel then spread a light coat in the pan.I set my oven to 350F for 1 hr & 15 min.. Took it out of the oven, didn't open it. Let it cool for an hour, then put it in the fridge overnight.Took it out the next evening, since this was a "Welcome " gift for new neighbors. I set the pan in some hot water & carefully ran a thin silicone spatula around the edge. I put the 10 inch pie plate on top, held both & flipped it. It just PLOPPED OUT BEAUTIFULLY!! I, also, made a flan in this pan for Thanksgiving.I LOVE THIS PAN!!I'm buying the 3qt for a Church mtg., where we have to provide small desserts. This is going to be a HIT!!Again, Not Just For Instapots!

This is my first Amazon review. This truly is the best for any steam pudding. I used the insta pot and 30 minutes later I got the best caramel bread pudding I have ever made in my life. I can't wait to try this for my long list of other steam puddings I have always been nervous to try out.

Algo pequeño pero pude realizar un sabroso flan.

Compré el de 8.5 “ de diámetro, perfecto para mi olla express de 8 litros para ahorrar tiempo y gas. Aunque no he usado, no puedo decir más.

Me encanto su diseño , la cocción es perfecta y se desmolda muy fácil el flan y el pudin , es perfecta para mi instant pot
