Not the sturdiest but this fan is absolutely effective and QUIET
This is my second time purchasing this kind of fan. I'm not sure if the first was the same brand but it was identical. Sadly, the first one stopped working after a couple of years of daily use. After the first broke, I went through 2 other types of fans that I ultimately stopped using because of faint buzzing sounds. I've been sleeping without a fan for a while but decided to purchase this before hot summer nights return. This is not the sturdiest fan but unless you expect to be bumping into it or have small children running around, it's fine. It's not going to spontaneously fall over but picking it up and moving it from one area to another requires two hands. If this fan only lasts me a year, I would absolutely buy another one. Here are my reasons:1. NO buzzing. If you want a fan to run while you are sleeping, this is the one.2. The pedestal type (4 "legs") is great because it looks cleaner and doesn't collect a layer of dust. You can clean under it too.3. In my opinion, this fan look is less visually imposing compared to a similar fan than has a solid base.4. Easy to use. Press button to turn on. Press another button to turn off. There isn't a remote but if you need to turn it on or off in the middle of the light, you can do so without turning any lights on.5. Simple in the best way. It does not have any blue lights or beeping sounds. It's just a fan.Overall I would highly recommend this fan. There's nothing worse than doing hours of research and spending $100+ on a "good quality" fan just for it to be unbearable to sleep with. At $30, I'd rather purchase 5 of these over time than spend $150 on a "good" fan that disappoints.

Great for the price!
Great price and functions well. I like the metal cage on the front, but the fan blades seemed cheap (very thin). Great airflow and looks nice. A little loud compared to other fans.

Poor quality. Broke immediately.
This fan was easy enough to assemble, but I almost lost the tiny screw and nut from the bottom of the fan cover and it was a little difficult to screw that in but luckily I had an eyeglasses screwdriver set that did it. I thought that the cover for the remote control was missing and then saw that it is designed to be backless, perhaps to keep the remote from overheating, but I'm not sure. That's probably not safe for homes with kids or pets who may eat the batteries if not watched. It would be nice if there was a space on the fan to store the remote so when I take it to my mom's house or move it to different rooms, and store it away for the winter, it will be easy to find. The fan works well and it's fairly quiet. Having the remote makes it great so I can adjust it while sitting on the couch and leave it in the corner. I think it's a good purchase so far, but today is only the first day using it. Hopefully there won't be any issues. This fan lasted one day and then the top broke. It was top heavy and just fell forward without even being touched. It was just on and then fell forward and the top cracked. I'm sending it back. Don't waste time and money buying this.

Cooling fan
Pretty good little fan it’s a little flimsy, but I guess for what I paid for it. It was a good price. It’s pretty much plastic.

Best fan out there, Best seller on Amazon. Buy 1...or even 2 and beat the heat
This is a fantastic product, solid, quiet, remote control, cools the room. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. A special thank you to Mr Howard Waxman for taking care of my questions and concerns. You cannot go wrong with this fan or this seller!

All right and gets the job done
This fan is decent for the price, but definitely not amazing. I use it in my bedroom and while it does move air pretty well on the highest setting, the power from the lower speeds feels weak. It’s relatively quiet, but not silent — there’s a consistent humming sound, especially when it oscillates.Assembly was simple, but some parts feel a little flimsy. The adjustable height and tilt are nice features, but they don’t feel super sturdy long term. It’s functional for light cooling, but if you’re looking for strong airflow or heavy daily use, you might want something a little more heavy-duty.Overall, a solid “mid” fan — not bad, not great. Gets the job done.

Quality Fan
That says the perfect size fan it’s fairly quiet, provides enough noise for my room. It was easy to put together, but make sure when you’re putting it together that you tighten everything because I didn’t and it started making noise in the middle of the night but it’s a good fan.

Never seen a more cheaply made fan
Good grief this thing is cheaply made! There are 2 areas where you are supposed to be able to lock in the post to the motor & the base, but they do not tighten completely & will just fall apart when I pick it up to move it. The post is cheap, thin aluminum & just dents where you tighten it, but still won't stay put. The front grille is bigger than the cheap plastic back grille, so it was very difficult to put together & wouldn't secure on one side. The button panel looks like something from the 1970's. The base is flimsy as heck. The air flow is good. That's all it has going for it. It should cost 35% less than it does, esp without a remote. It is not a good deal. I bought a different one last year for the same price, and it's much, much higher quality, but most fans come with a big round base these days, and I needed one with this type of base so it would fit better in front of a corner.
