Simple and well made.
Nice little electrical boxes. Nicely designed, ABS is rugged, has a great O-ring seal and included O-ring material. Just what I needed.

Great box for lithium 12 volt batteries used with trail cameras.
I use these to build battery boxes for my trail cameras. Work great and they keep the batteries and wiring dry and secure.

Mly projects love these boxes.
I purchased these boxes for a larger pcb project. Size and price matched my requirements.

Thin and brittle, depends on use case.
I'm gonna give this 4 Stars simply because the best I can tell it's exactly what it says in the description. I have however decided not to use it in my project because the plastic feels thin and brittle. I believe in my case the vibrations would destroy this thing in just a few days. I'm gonna keep it though, I'll find a place elsewhere for it.

Great for use as a power supply for guitar pedals.
I'd take off 1/2 Star since you have to install the gasket and it isn't a continuous gasket, but the box is sturdy for being plastic, has stainless screws, and is offered at a decent price. I will buy more. I'm using one box to mount a buck converter, on/off switch, and 9vdc power jack with a battery converter mounted on top for a Milwaukee Fuel battery. It provides ample, clean power for guitar pedals. The batteries last many gigs before needing a recharge, it's easy to carry a spare battery and it eliminates searching for a 117vac outlet, ground loops and having another power cord on the stage. Use a daisy chain, plug and play, excellent clean power and far less expensive than the regulated, filtered power supplies they try to sell you. FYI, you can do the same with a DeWalt battery adapter, or any other. You'll need this box, the battery adapter (they come with on/off switches and fuses), a buck converter and a DC out jack. Tools; a drill and bits, screws to mount the battery adapter, a soldering iron with solder, and a multi-meter to set the buck converter voltage. Not difficult to do.

Appears to keep water out of the box when used in an outside environment.
I used to have a plastic mailbox next to the street and had rigged up a wireless connection from the mailbox to the house. It is triggered each time the mailbox is opened. Upgraded the mailbox to a metal one and could no longer have the transmitter inside the box.I mounted one of these project boxes on the side of the metal post supporting the mailbox and put the transmitter inside the box. The batteries and door position switch are still in the mailbox with wires running inside the post to the transmitter. So far have had no problems with moisture getting inside the box.
