Rescue Remedy Spray Bach Flower Essences 7 ml Liquid

I got this to carry with my in place of the pastilles tin of chewables for anxiety attacks The spray doesn't seem to work as well for me as the pastilles do. Nothing wrong with the spray itself just not a great fit for me.

This was recommended to me by a healthcare practitioner who said shes carries one with her at all times just in case she comes upon an accident. I needed something to help my daughter control her anxiety which was elevating her blood pressure while she was pregnant. I have since used it, myself, during a pretty scary ordeal in which I was sure I was going to get trapped inside my car during a snowstorm. This product worked for both of us in a matter of seconds. Highly recommend!

This is the second order I have placed for this product. Although it is rather expensive, it goes a long way and it works. I like the fact that you use it when you need it and it does not contain any drugs. I use it mainly when I drive. Traffic stresses me out and causes major anxiety. I use 2-3 sprays before I hit the road and I'm able to cope with the drive ahead of me. I also use it at night if I'm restless and having problems falling asleep. It seems to relax me within 30 minutes and I fall right to sleep. I would recommend trying this before resorting to med's.

This really works! My husband teases me about all of my natural remedies and essential oils. He has a great deal of anxiety. One of my co-workers told me about this spray. She was using it for interviews and raved about how much it helped her. I thought it couldn't hurt to try and convinced my husband. It made him feel so much better that he now asks me for it.

This is Rescue Remedy, therefore, it's a good product and works well. A bit pricey for the tiny size and taste terrible as always, but if you're under stress, this is way better than pharmaceuticals. Nice to have on hand for anyone going through a stressful time. Good to have it in your natural medicine arsenal.

Did not realize the small size or would not have ordered. Love the product but feel I got taken at this price and size.

Love this stuff but didn’t look at the size - you can buy a bigger one for just a few dollars - just keep that in mind.

I was really hoping this would help me with my meeting anxiety, I get very panicked when I have to give project updates in meetings even though I know what I’m talking about, my heart rate rockets and I can’t think clearly or breathe - it’s awful. So I really hoped this would help! Unfortunately my heart rate still sky rocketed and I could hear it pounding. I was able to think a little bit more clearly than normal hence the 2 stars and I will still continue to use it because of that but sadly it did not rescue me :(

I ordered this thinking it was the larger 20ml one. (I didn't think there was more than one size in the spray) The larger one is much better value. Not able to return even though it is unopened.

Really love the convenience of this product.I use the drops in my tea, but this spray means I can use the remedy when I'm out.Currently using for exam anxiety. The spray also means I can take a dose before an exam.I have used the drops when life stresses get on top of me.The spray doesn't taste that nice but you only taste it for a few seconds and you also get used to it.

Never fails to relax me. I always keep it on me and squirt till it hurts!

Great stuff! Really helps me relax and drop off within half an hour which is great as normally takes me hours! Worth the money and Amazon are much cheaper than Boots!
