Great Pan!
Bought this pan because my pancakes are sticking to my other (much more expensive) pans. I thought for the price it was worth a try, and it is fantastic! Nothing ever sticks, very easy to clean, and mine does not have a "loose" handle like other reviews have mentioned. I figure if it lasts even a few months it is well worth the price, but I expect it will last a long time. The shallow edges make it easy to flip the pancakes.

Great pan. Great price. Great food. What else is there?
I bought this pan as a "back-up" to my old trusty t-fal crepe pan that I use to make 2 egg omelettes. Sometimes we host brunches and one pan is not enough to keep up with hungry guests. Well, I received the pan, seasoned it with a little oil as suggested, and made my first omelette with it. Let's just say the t-fal has now moved to the back-up position and I may just pick up another Norpro for good measure. The anti-stick is great, the pan is light and heats evenly, ergonomics are good and it is the perfect size for 2-egg omelettes. Cleans up great in the sink and all I can't speak to yet is durability. However, it looks solid and well made, like most other Norpro stuff I own.Now if you're curious about those omelettes, they're simple. Dice up whatever filler you want: ham, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, greens, whatever, and cheese of course. Saute to your liking in saute pan. Heat the Norpro pan on medium low. Quickly while the pan is heating, fork whisk 2 eggs, some water (for fluffiness), and seasoning to taste (you can also wait to season afterwards). A little olive oil in pan but I use the corner of a paper towel to spread it about and then leave no puddles. Plop the eggs in and cook until almost dry, with a soft or slightly runny skin on the inside. You can carefully work the egg a bit with the edge of your spatula to make sure the runny egg gets to the cooking surface, just make sure it all ends up one cooked piece, with no holes. Add your fillers to one half of the omelette, and then fold the other half over with one of these Kitchenaid Classic Silicone Mixer Spatula, Black . The long, wide, and slippery spatula is perfect to prevent the omelette from breaking when you flip. I like to have a slightly golden brown on my omelettes. Enjoy!UPDATE: After using this pan about half dozen times, the coating on the BOTTOM of the pan is starting to come off. The non stick seems to be OK and it still cooks fine. I'm starting to get a little suspicious on the durability, so I deducted one star and will update more as time goes on. I stil think it's a bargain at what they are asking but if you want a pan that you'll still be using years later (like my t-fal), this might not be it.

Great crepe pan!
This pain is great for making crepes. There's absolutely non-stick, the perfect size and washes up very well. It's lightweight and you can easily lift and roll the pan around to get full coverage with the crepe batter

Versatile and Practical
This pan is more than just a pan for making crepes. For its primary use it cannot be beat for size, design, quality and price. However, that being said, I have used it to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Since the sides are shallow it is much easier to turn any grilled sandwich. The same goes for pancakes it is easier to flip them without the batter splattering.

Good design, cheap quality
I buy and use a lot of non-stick, having cooked a whole lot of B/L/D over the last 57 yrs. And this pan is.....just okay.Pros:- Perfect size. It's amazingly hard to find a true 8" interior non-stick low-sided pan.- Lightweight. A little TOO lightweight, in fact. See below.- Cleans easily but mine is new, so durability is unknown. I always use silicon spatulas on my non-stick. Anyone who believes corporate PR that metal utensils can be used, is asking for trouble. Just don't do it, honestly.Cons:- Lightweight; a little TOO much so, in fact. It was difficult to avoid brown spots using my usual recipes/timing. This pan clearly has a fairly thin bottom compared to quality pans like Circulon, Calphalon, or even T-Fal.- Price. I seriously question whether this pan is even worth a pricetag of over $20. It feels like build quality is very minimal. As mentioned above, even T-Fal's basic line seems superior to this brand.I'll use this pan for the time being, but I expect within a year or so I'll be looking for a replacement.

Works well and lasts
This is a low cost and made pan but it is great! I had the exact same one before and it lasted years (the only reason why I bought another one is the first one has a dent in the center by some one banging it to make noise and it still works fine except for the dent.) My original one never had any issues with the coating or handle or anything, and I used it to make perfect once-over eggs, scrambled eggs (with a wooden spoon) in a flash, and omelets. The key thing is that it is thin metal and you to keep flame med-low. I also use Macadamia nut oil that has a high burn point. At the end of cooking I put a very little butter on it in the pan and move the food around. This pan amazing so works great for the uses I mentioned.

Love these pans!
I’ve tried a few of the fancy electric crepe pans, and they are fine. But these little pans- I love these more! They are easy to use, cook evenly and quickly and there’s no Guess work as to whether or not the crepes will turn out. I would recommend them to everyone!
