Will this fit in the X100-T? How is it secured?

Yes should fit fine in hot shoe - X100 series bodies are all pretty much same. It’s a nice snug fit in my X100F - feels secure & won’t slide out but not in a way that sounds like it’ll damage anything. Thumb grip does seem to touch camera body, 1/2 mm gap with no flex, so no scratches to worry about. ‘May’ sit close to back buttons but can still press them with ease.

It will fit, since the hot shoe mount is the same, not sure if the thumb rest will impede the rear buttons, it works well on the X100f and I suspect it will be the same on the X-E3.

Will this fit and does one need this fit the Fuji x-s10?

Sorry I don't have the X-S10 so don't know, I bought it to go with a X100 F and initially thought it was ok but because it's a generic thumb rest it's not made for any particular model and for me ended up been a compromise and I no longer use it, I'm sure Lensmate will be making one to fit the X-S10 but although great quality are expensive, especially importing from USA.

Will this work on the X-T30?

It might fit the hot shoe but I very much doubt it would afford a comfortable thumb rest. My purchase of the above was for the Fuji X100f which is a completely different designed camera than the X-T30. Hope this helps.
