Eze-Fold Sharpener

I use this to sharpen the majority of my knives. It is easy to use and gets them razor sharp. This is the 4th one I have purchased.

Four stars due to the weak plastic handles. One broke while opening the handles to use the stones. This was probably the third or fourth time I used this product. Not impressed. The stones work great, though, which is this products' saving grace for four stars.After the one handle broke, I just took what was left of them completely off and stowed the stones in my hiking/backpacking gear.

Great sharpeners, works wonderful in the field as well as at home. Couldn't recommend enough.I took a star off because a plastic piece form the handle where it covers the hinges (where it pivots open) broke off, but it doesn't hurt the function of the sharpener.

Great Product

Great for my tacklebox. Had mine for years. Great for my filet knife. Diamond sharpeners can last years if you apply a very light touch. If you're breaking handles you're applying too much pressure. I almost softly lay my blade on the stone. Takes many more light strokes but the sharpening surface will last. Great product if used correctly.

Double sided an can get a blade razor sharp , a great hand sharpener . Must have for any hand tool sharpening

This is exactly what I needed and it works as expected. I recommend it.
