Energy has improved but the real benefit for me has been pain relief. Just checked my purchase date and I’ve been taking it for 30 days. I had bad joint pain, ankle, elbow, knee, wrist and back. I forgot about it until I missed few days taking it and elbow was first to remind me. Not going to make that mistake again. Super grateful my doctor recommended this specific supplement and that it works.

Very effective and good value to get the health benefits my body needs. Easy to absorb and a good size. I buy this thru out the year.

I’ve been using these for a few months but I can’t really say I feel any change once I take it. I mean I don’t feel like I have more energy after taking them. Other than my iron being highlight yellow. Sorry if it’s TMI. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a funny taste or anything so I will keep trying for now.

Vital Nutrients is a brand I trust! They are one of the larger vitamins that I take but still manageable to swallow. I prefer to take these with food. They do have a bit of a smell it's not terrible and gone as soon as you swallow. I first learned about this brand from my functional medicine doctor and it's my go to brand in supplements.

This vitamin was recommended to me by my doctor! I think it gets the job done. Easy to take, however the taste and smell is not the best. But that is not what the supplement is for (to taste good and smell good).

Have a family member who’s B 12 was in the toilet and adding this daily he finally has had the highest B12 since 2015. He also has had monthly b12 injections and they did nothing till we added this. Great supplement. I actually researched different brands and this one stood out because it was most recommended by natural-paths. Highly recommend if u have someone who’s B vitamins are in the toilet
