Perfect for Making Tortillas
I have tried every brand of cassava flour that I could find. My daughter is allergic to gluten/wheat but we make tortillas at least once a week. This is the brand that is easiest to work with. Other brands were more difficult - sticky or breaking apart. I tried adjusting my recipe many times, but still had difficulty with the texture of my tortillas. Finally, I tried Bob’s Red Mill, and found it very easy to work with. My tortillas come out perfectly every time! Plus, knowing that it’s from Bob’s Red Mill, I know the quality is excellent. We finally bought the multi-pack to get a better price per ounce. It was totally worth it for us, since we use it all the time.

Love cassava flour
Cassava flour pancakes are the best. They have the texture of crepes, are tender and delicious as well as being gluten free, and dairy free if you use an alternative milk. I usually add blueberries. I am experimenting with making gluten free bread with it too.

If you are on a Paleo diet And you want to Make Pita Bread and biscuits pliable This is a great flour for that purpose. When used with other flours For bread or pastries. Do not use this flour by itself as the product or results will be gummy. Otherwise Great For it's purpose.

The best, properly processed cassava flour on the market.
This stuff is awesome. It far exceeds Otto's, the generic organic grocery store's "organic" brand, etc. Otto's "flash dries" their cassava flour instead of sun drying it in the traditional way. That's a rookie mistake. In my humble opinion, this is the best cassava flour on the market today, properly processed, delicious, an ideal substitute for wheat/white flour, and cooks up beautifully without burning, every single time.

Only received one bag
It’s a good deal if you actually get what you ordered. I love this brand and buy it often from the grocery store so when I saw the bulk price I was thrilled. Except upon delivery I only received 1 bag. Amazon quickly gave me a refund which I appreciate but I don’t know whether I should try and order it again as it seems other people have had this happen to them.
