Think differently all ready helping
Great review of things we forget or neglect in the course of daily living.........personally at a point where career goals are not on my list anymore........I have been struggling with my weight for past few years, tried it all, not consistent with my exercise.......using the 5 minute theory I am happy to report that the treadmill is once again being used.......always think I can just say I am going to do better and rarely did......This mod for the reminder to start small.......

Worth the read.
For the cost of the book it is well worth the read. There is an abundance of good information about personal growth, and it also will not consume too much time. I finished in about 3 days reading sparingly. I recommend if you are stuck and need a little motivation to help you gain confidence in admitting your purpose on this earth and chasing your dreams.

Essential Shortcut to the Process of Success
This short and deceptively simple book contains a distillation of many other self-help and 'success literature' books that will enable to reader to gain swift access to the principles of success. Illustrated by many examples from real life and generously filled with scientific references and suggestions for further reading, this book is a 'must have' for anyone who wishes to better themselves in life - no matter what the goal may be.

Short, Sweet and Relevant!
I love tony Robbins and all the rest, but these are fresh ideas from Akash. I like that fact that it is short. This is all 80/20. A long book on these same subjects makes it harder to just try out the principles today. So this is a great book - short, sweet and relevant!
