Nice to have
I got this because no shoe stores have them anymore! Now that my son is in big kid sizes and sized out of the local boutique children’s store we used to go, we’d have to drive over an hour to a giant mall with one huge department store that can actually measure his feet and he is just not willing. DSW doesn’t have them anymore and those stupid little footprints on the floor don’t help. He has wide feet and so it’s tricky to size him so it’s nice to have this tool at home, even though it was pretty expensive..

This is a keeper
Having grown up with shoe stores (along with the shoe sales person) no longer around like they used to be, this really helps to know what your shoe size really is. This helps whether you go to a department store or buying online, knowing your shoe size is very important if you really do not like returning the shoes because they don't fit right. This product is easy to use, just read the directions first or you will make a mistake. This is a must have to keep in your home and I recommend this product. The color coded sizing chart makes it easy to size both men's and women's shoe sizes and takes the guess work out.

I love this. Wish I'd had one years ago. I buy 100% of a family member's shoes on line. It's nice to know what size he actually wears. No more returning shoes that don't fit.

Fast growing kids
Bought this because my kids grow so fast, and since I do most of my shopping online, having this at home eliminates the guess work and sizing returns. Easy to use out of the box, stores flat enough in box to slide right under our shoe rack. Happy with my purchase.

Where to start....
My shoe size is 14 (male). Full stop. This device INSISTS it's a 13 (male) -- I can't even get my foot in a 13. It's wrong. It insists I have a narrow foot. I do not. I wear an "E" width. But it's a classic device and it does what it's supposed to do. Not sure why it's so far off. And why it was so expensive for what it does.

Love this item. I order most of my shoes on line these days. This measures not only your shoe size but also the width and even the length of the arch! It's a little pricey but we'll worth it to me.Many shoe company's make you pay to return ir exchange shoes. This helps to get the size right the first time.
