I paid my own money for this product, money which I earned working my manual labor 40+ hour-a-week job.I'm so happy I purchased this Levoit humidifier. I've had two Levoit air purifiers (bedroom and living room) for a couple years, and they're still humming along so I have an overall good impression of Levoit. I got REALLY tired of trying to clean my standard-type humidifier, one that's shaped like an offset clear bubble-thing. It's impossible to clean inside the weirdly shaped tank with a small hole, and no matter how I tried to position the tank it never fully air dried inside. I usually spill water everywhere trying to fill it because the hole is so small. Last time I cleaned it, I ended up just never using it again. Since you're supposed to clean them once a week, I just didn't want to deal with it. Why I like this one (in no particular order):- SO EASY TO FILL AND CLEAN. The top comes off and you pour the water in, so I can bring a pitcher from the kitchen into my bedroom and fill it without having to unplug the unit. And my weirdly-shaped humidifier had to be held while it was filling because there wasn't a way to set down the tank upside down, which was SUPER annoying. I love how easy and quick it is to fill this one without having to move the unit or spill water everywhere. The top tank comes off and the second level is where it's vaporized. Every part is super easy to clean without contorting my hand (or just not being able to reach), and it air dries quickly and thoroughly. It's very well designed.- LOOKS MORE MATURE. I'm not using this for a kid's or baby's room, and the standard clear-tank humidifier is so juvenile. I don't need a fancy smancy look (only my husband and I see the bedroom), but it's just a nice bonus that this humidifier blends into my adult bedroom with a more class than clear and white plastic. It's got a minimalist, clean look with matte white finish that just looks a little more high end.- 'TURN OFF THE LIGHTS' FEATURE. This was the holy grail feature for me. I'm not looking for a nightlight, which most humidifiers proclaim to be a big bonus. We sleep odd hours because of working overnight shifts and have blackout curtains. Any small pinprick of light is really bright when it's so dark in the room, and my husband swears he can't sleep unless it's pitch black. I have electric tape over all the small lights on objects in our bedroom. Having a humidifier that turns off the lights is amazing and thoughtful and I LOVE IT.- QUIET AND WORKS GREAT, PLUS DIFFUSER OPTION. I've been using it a few weeks and it's quiet, powerful, and working great. I haven't noticed moisture on anything or under the unit; the strong vapor stream comes out of the top and points diagonally away from the unit.I plan to use the diffuser feature at some point but haven't yet. I like the fact that I have the option available though. Note: the directions specifically direct you to put the oil in the bottom section (the top section is the removable tank) and says it won't work if you put the oil in the top. There's a valve at the bottom of the removable tank where the water goes down to be vaporized, so if you put oil in the top it just sits on top of the water and never gets to the vaporizer. I saw a couple reviews where the reviewer complained about the diffuser not working but I think it's user error because it sounds like they dumped oil on top in the tank.

The media could not be loaded. I've had several water diffusers for essential oils which are like mini-humidifiers, but when I got this terrible cold that was murder on my sinuses & throat I felt the need to upgrade.Since I was sick when I first received it was awesome that it came with a quick-start guide because I barely wanted to open the package and deal with a new appliance.It was super easy to set up and the app even seamlessly prompts you to connect your existing smart assistants (Alexa, Google Home, etc).I love the option to combine warm and cool mist for maximum benefit. Within the hour my sinuses and throat were already feeling improved.The top-fill is really convenient but you can also remove the water tank to bring to your sink to fill, so I like that versatility.It is also very quiet. When I went to record the video I wanted to demonstrate the noise level but quickly realized I had a lot of background noise to turn off (A/C, a fan & a robot vacuum)...as soon as those were off it was nearly silent. All you could hear was a soft bubbling noise which frankly is soothing anyway.Longevity is important when it comes to appliances like these, so I will update as time goes on, but so far so good and I am very pleased.Pros:- Quick & easy setup- Versatile settings- Convenient refill options- Integration with virtual assistants- Powerful- Aromatherapy pad works wellCons:- A little pricey- Wish it had dual-aromatherapy pads like some other modelsOverall I would recommend 5/5.Will update it there are any issues regarding cleaning, maintenance, or longevity.

It's very quiet, easy to refill, has a large reservoir and can put out a large amount of humidity. I recommend strongly.

Bought this for my living room because it said was good for a lager room, but it does not seem to do the job. We are going move it up to a spare bedroom where my sits in the mornings do to her health. Just bought a larger levoit for our living room, have not got it set up yet. I like the phone app, so easy to use and I can put both on the app. It is nice not to have to get up and change the settings all of the time. I do like the heat setting which a lot of the humidifiers we look at did not have. This is our first humidifier so we do not have anything to compare it with, even though it seemed to not do the job in our living room but it did raise the humidity up to around 39 to 45%, but my wife, due to her dry nose really needs it a little higher.

La luz del panel puede apagarse, manualmente o al ponerlo en la función “Sleep” o Dormir.Varias de las críticas en otras reseñas se deben a no leer o no seguir sistemáticamente las instrucciones del manual, incluido el tipo de agua a usar, etc.Feliz con este humidificador que escogí después de leer muchas reseñas sobre distintas marcas y modelos. Really impressed with how quiet it is and how well it works. Warm mist is great for humidifying the room faster and cool mist keeps it going longer. Either way, so good. And ease of use and cleaning is great too. The app is simple and works well. Completely happy with this purchase.

I've had this humidifier for about a week and loving it! It works well to increase the humidity in the room, which has been a godsend as the seasons change and it's been super dry. It's very quiet (although not silent), so no issues sleeping with it on. The night mode allows you to turn off the lights when you sleep. It's good looking and doesn't take up too much space.

Ich finde das Gerät richtig toll. Sehr leise und ohne überflüssige Funktionen. Die Optik ist gut, die Größe auch (Durchmesser etwa 18 cm. Höhe 27 cm.) Der Tank ist für dieses Gerät groß genug (1,8 L), und sehr leicht zum nachfüllen, auch während des Betriebes. Wenn jemand einen größeren Tank haben möchte, muss er sich ein größeres Gerät kaufen. Bei einen Volumen des Gerätes von 6867 cm^3 insgesamt, passt kein 5 Liter Tank. Das muss jeder wissen. Drei Stufen stehen zu Verfügung + Schlafmodus. Muss ich dazu noch sagen, dass der Schlafmodus, wenn man den sichtbaren Nebel betrachtet, ist vergleichbar mit Stufe 2. Weder leiser, noch irgendwie anders. Die erste Stufe reich für relativ kleine Räume aus. Die dritte ist schon sehr gut und für Räume bis 25 m^2 sollte kein Problem sein. Natürlich spielen auch andere Faktoren eine große Rolle. Ich benutze destilliertes Wasser. Was ich gut finde, ist die einfache Bedienung. Es gibt welche mit W-LAN, ferngesteuert, mit viel Elektronik, abnehmbaren Tank, Sensoren für Feuchtigkeit, Temperatur usw. Muss man das alles haben ? Umso mehr Technik, umso mehr Probleme. Die Luftbefeuchter mit integrierten Messgeräten, finde ich persönlich nicht so toll. In unmittelbare Nähe ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit immer ein bisschen grösser. Dass könnte zu falschen Ergebnissen führen. Man sollte die Luftqualität nicht direkt am Gerät messen. Ätherische Öle in den Wasserbehälter können direkt zugegeben werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr, sehr gut !Bin voll zufrieden !
