Does anyone else have a problem where the lights are dim using batteries and only bright using usb? used fresh batteries and still not as bright!

Lights are dim plugged it or not, not LED

I just received my mirror but the light is not turning on

I am also having difficulty turning the lights on. I've installed batteries, tapped the power button and nothing. I plugged it in, let it charge for a while, tapped the power button and nothing. Does it really need to charge even if utilizing the USB cord?

Does it come with a charger or yu have to purchase ur own?

Mine did NOT come with a USB cable

Does it provide adequate light for make-up?

Not at all. I’m used to my old Conair mirror and this was a huge disappointment. I ended up ordering another mirror similar to my old Conair and it’s a million times better - just not as pretty.
