I’ve been taking these Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels for a few weeks now and I really like them. The size of the capsules is pretty standard for fish oil, and they are easy to swallow with water. I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste or “fishy burps,” which is a big plus compared to other brands I’ve tried.

They're effective on their own, but I really started noting an effect when I began to take probiotics, fiber, and fish oil together. My energy level and appetite are far more stable now and I never get that lethargic feeling from eating greasy food anymore. These will make you a bit burpy, but not very much or for very long in my experience. Overall they seem well worth it and I'll continue to take them.
