Unreliable
Purchased this machine for centralized production scannin, like it indicated it was good for. Only port was a standard printer port. No way to directly connect to ethernet for network use. Never able to even test the device. (Several adapters were suggested, but none would work properly with our system). Returned the device then was charged for damage we did not do. Fee was more than a quarter of the total price. I won't buy refurbished again; and I don't think I'll buy from this vendor again.

Works with a great speed straight out of the box with a downloaded driver from the internet.

Broken machine, crickets from Seller after he got the money!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Bought scanner. Arrived late. When it got here, it stopped working very soon after it started being used!! Then Seller REFUSES TO RESPOND to our efforts to discuss / resolve the issue. He got the money and RAN!!
