Product not as promised.
The product is an ordinary flask like any other available in the market , the finish and looks are however better than others. The heat retention is not as was mentioned-12 hrs. hot. I filled boiling water in the flask at 9p.m. and opened it at 6:30 next morning, it was ordinary hot only-just about half the temp. in the night.
