Well that Sucks
I just put up this pool today and already patched one hole. Now I'm pretty sure there is another one that I can't reach and the dang thing is almost all the way filled! I literally took it out of the box and put it on a concrete slab with a tarp underneath! I tried to call the Intex customer service, but it is after hours, so now I will have to wait and see what they say tomorrow.

Pool
The pool is great! Super easy to set up. The only thing was that the pump was way to small for this pool. We had to purchase a separate one. If we had known, we would of just bought the pool but it was our 1st pool. We did think it was a good price because it also comes with the pool cover.

GREAT for hesitant swimmers!!! and everyone else
The BEST purchase we've made for our kid. WE LOVE THIS POOL! It is absolutely perfect for our four year old, she can practice swimming but can stand up at any time. Meaning, I don't have to hold on to her every second! So great. We've had pool parties and play dates and everyone loves it. Our house is the place to be this summer. We hit a wall in swim lessons and were basically throwing away money on session after session. She was really scared the first couple sessions then just nervous but none of her instructors got her over the hump. We bought this pool and within a couple times playing around she learned more than in two summers worth of lessons. Seriously. She feels so comfortable and safe that she's able to learn much more rapidly, and on her own terms. And it basically costs as much as 1.5 sessions of lessons, so well worth the money for us. Everyone that has come over and swam in it has been amazed by how cheap it was and how awesome it is.We got the ladder which is a nice addition for the littles. Adults never use it, I'm 5'2 and can step over the side. The solar cover is key and makes a big difference. We bought the real cover too but will only use that over the winter so it doesn't get filthy.Leveling the ground is the hardest part of set-up. We just leveled our compacted dirt which has worked pretty well. I wouldn't put pea gravel underneath because as an adult, you'll tend to kneel a lot in this pool and you want something soft underneath.A word to the wise: get the shock treatment BEFORE you fill the pool, so it is ready. We thought we could just use chlorine tablets for the initial set-up but that doesn't work. We got slimy build up on the walls which is a lot harder to deal with once you get it vs. preventing it in the first place. You need to shock it when you first fill it. We've stuck with the pump it came with this summer but have to clean the filter fairly often and we leave it on a LOT (if we have lots of kids in it we'll end up leaving it on straight for a couple days after). We'll probably get an upgrade next summer. Also, my research says that at the end of the season you can let the chlorine evaporate for a week or two and then it is safe to use in the garden! Which eased my guilt about using so much water in California. Woot!FYI--we live in a super restrictive water area and it cost about $5 to fill this up. Keep it covered to reduce evaporation and you hardly have to top it off. We've topped it once this summer.

Good purchase
Arrived early. Set up was easy. I love that my 3 & 4 year old children can touch the bottom. My 3 year old had completed swim lessons before we purchased. However she was nervous and not fond of deep water. She got comfortable quickly with this size bc she could reach the bottom. Worth the price. Pump needs to be bigger. Doesn't run half the time. Only complaint.

Great customer service
Our pool came with everything we needed, but the pump wasn’t working. We contacted customer service, and they sent out a new pump right away. Great customer service, and my kids have been happily enjoying the pool.

Great pool set!
Arrived days early!Cover came in a second shipping the next day. This came with filter A not H like description says. Beware.Everything is up and running! Sturdy frame. No holes. We did use a ground cover tarp under the pool to reduce frictions and possible holes. My 5 & 7 yr old are loving it!!Bring on summer!

Great Value!
For the price you cant go wrong. Initially did not receive the dust cover but a quick call to VM fixed that. Also you need to purge the pump in order for it to work, took me a while to figure out but I usually don't read instructions.
