Briggs & Stratton795475 Carburetor Replaces 790206/790218

Works perfect. I'm tired of chinese bad imitations. I have tried four (yes, four) chinese carburators before this one. I have an old lawn mover with a Brigs and Stratton motor. Original carburator was incidentaly broken and the only one working perfect is the one sold here.Excellent purchase.

I probably only had to replace the diaphragm gasket, but I went ahead and bought the whole carb.I put in on the mower, and it immediately started up and ran like new.

I thought about buying a cheaper off brand carburetor that would have included a spark plug and air filter, but after reading the "meh" reviews I decided to go with the OEM for a few bucks more. I'm so glad I did! I watched a youtube video and took my old carb off, got the new one a couple days later and put it on, runs like a champ! My husband had wanted me to buy a new one, since we knew the carburetor was shot, very happy to have saved money and room in the landfill by being able to fix our old one!

This little guy does the major work on keeping the engine running. It went on easily after mounting it on top of the gas tank, and everything fit in place. Bottom line......about 4 pushes on the gas bulb, and it was drawing gas from the tank and shooting a squirt of gas into the opening of the carburetor, and the engine started on the 2nd or 3rd pull. Now after using it a few times, it starts on the first or second pull, all the time. The carb and associated parts made the lawnmower engine run almost like new. The prices for all components was reasonable. delivery was outstanding, and it went together really good. Thanks for Amazon for having all the parts needed, and even a few options. I'm buying again in the future!!

I have a Craftsman self-propelled push mower with a 4.75hp Briggs & Stratton engine (model #917.379370) on it that was running extremely rought, having trouble starting, running under-powered, and blackening spark plugs. I bought this part, a new governor spring, and a new plug and the mower now runs beautifully. This part came in Briggs & Stratton packaging with the carburetor, all gaskets, spring and filter. It was a perfect fit and very easy to change -- all you will need is a flat head screwdriver, phillips head screwdriver, and 2 sockets. It look me about 10 minutes. The part does not come with instructions, but lookup your mower on YouTube and you will find what you need

Lawn mower wasn’t work and for the price I paid it was the easiest fix. Definitely would recommend

The 10 year old mower was surging. I replaced the gasket, spark plug, oil and cleaned out the old carb every season but this year nothing could stop the surging.Instead of replacing the mower for $300-600, I thought I would try a new carb.It worked very well. The mower still surges a bit when it's cold but that goes away within 10-30 seconds as it warms up.If this prolongs the life of the mower for another 5-10 years, I'll be more than happy.

These carbs seem to have a limited life, and I knew it needed replacing. The engine "hunting" seems to be the clue. I'm very non-technical, but I watched a couple of YouTube videos and it seemed quite straightforward. It was pleasingly easy to fit. Just be aware that Briggs and Stratton is an American company, so you need imperial sockets to remove the fuel tank. I'll happily buy and fit another one when it's needed.

Commander 2 fois car la premiere manquait 2 pieces,retourner le premier sans frais bien enttendu,piece d'origine sur ma tondeuse,fonctionne comme une neuve
