Perfect Base for Homemade Fruit Jellies
An excellent unflavored gelatin. It sets reliably and is the perfect foundation for making custom fruit-juice-based desserts for the family. No artificial flavors or colors.

Amazing!!!!
Saw some of the reviews about how the product didn't work. I was skeptical on buying it. But by following the directions and taking my time in applying the ingredients, everything worked out. I was able to make glow in the dark jello shots for my neon party. I added some essential flavor oils to the jello shots so I don't know if there were any sweetener in the powder. Definitely 5 out of 5

Good quality
Something good and solid food eating feeling when you eat if you are using it when you have to stay hungry and no solid food allowed. as for example any pre op NPO status and only clear liquids allowed

Didn’t Set at All – Very Disappointing
I was really disappointed with this clear, unflavored gel dessert. It never set, even though I followed the directions exactly. It just stayed watery and didn’t work at all. On top of that, the taste wasn’t great for something that’s supposed to be unflavored. Total waste of money for me. I wouldn’t buy it again!

Do not use for marshmallows
I bought this to use as a substitute for gelatin in Marshmallows - hoping to make them vegetarian friendly. Unfortunately it did not work. :( the mixture would not peak which made it impossible to make the marshmallows. In addition to that, this has sugar in it which made the mixture sweeter than expected. I think for other things, this would work really well, just not for marshmallows.

Unflavored, but sweetened.
I ordered this for a sensory tub for my 9 month old grandson. I wanted unflavored so he wouldn't just eat it. Apparently, "unflavored" does not mean "unsweetened ". It is sweetened. He could not eat it fast enough. For the amount that it makes it was not as good of a value as Knox brand in the grocery stores, but since COVID I have not been able to find it in the stores.

I made Japanese grapefruit jellies with this. It was perfect!! They came out super tasty, with a great texture!
