It was package EXCEPTIONALLY well. Came with two extra bulbs. The base was a bit of a pain to screw in, but nothing too terrible. The lights are bright and the dimming is super customizable. I love that I can charge my phone or watch in on the side of the mirror too. Definitely worth the purchase.

Does not stand behind product. My dimmer switch broke and they told me they don’t have another one and to go to my local hardware store. NOBODY carries a switch similar to the setup that they have on the mirror. Evidently they must think their parts/ item will never need servicing because they don’t have or can’t get extra parts.

The brightness is amazing I love the product easy to assemble 🥰🥰🥰
