My only complaint is that they're hard to swallow.
I take them for cole sores and they work great but they are huge and hard to swallow. I have found it in capsules so I will buy them now, but these always worked well for me. Health benefits are good then affect my energy level didn't smell like anything didn't seem to help my skin help but didn't upset my stomach either.

I am happy with the price per micrograms of this L-Lycine. It might be worth mentioning the pills are notably... LARGE. However, I chew them easily alyho they aren't directed on the labeling as chewable

Quality product
Someone recommended that I take L Lysine the moment I feel a canker sore start to form. I didn't want to trust an off brand for this, and I'm glad I didn't. It has repeatedly worked to help ward off an oncoming canker.

Large pills but effective
Pills are very large!! I cut mine in half because I am terrible at taking pills. I take it with food and only half dose since I have a sensitive stomach. I had a cold sore a week ago and it seems to have helped speed up the healing process along with some lysine lip balm.

Big pills but works well
The pills are big so if you have issues swallowing large pills you might want to get a pill cutter as well BUT they do what they are supposed to do in terms of the supplement itself
