I believe this shirt is tailored for slim individuals or the athletic build. It fits me fine, not like a sack, but not tailored either. Yes it's fitted, and its very nice quality with bright colors. I got a lot of compliments the night I wore it.

This is the pattern I ordered, I'm not sure this is the same shirt you were looking at. I would say there is 2 different blues through the pattern, royal and navy. The shirt fits well, I get compliments on it everytime I wear it. Hope this helps you decide.
