they look good, they don't take away from the tone of the guitar, and they help add a little sustain. a definite improvement over the saddles on the Memphis tune-o-matic Gibson bridge on my Flying V. the original saddles were not notched correctly and had jagged burs on the edges of the notches. The only complaint I have about these is the price point. it seems a little excessive for 6 little pieces of molded composite material, but i would still recommend them.

Awesome improvement over the stock saddles on my PRS Starla. All the harsh brittle high end is gone and nothing but sweet tone is left behind. Install was quick and easy I did it in about 10 minutes while watching tv and this was the 1st time I'd ever changed saddles. Just make sure you match up the code on the bottom of your bridge to the Graphtech chart & you're all set.

Nothing short of revolutionary sonically, string action and tone definition wise!Simply another level for your guitar. Even though you "lose" the "wiry" sound of traditional metal on metal strings, the new dimension of sound you unlock is definitely worth it, in my opinion. Hybrid saddles on your bridge is a fair tradeoff if you dont wish to lose that wiry traditional harmonics and note (I've ULF saddles on the NVS on 1-2,5-6 and string savers on 3-4 strings).Now about the action, I've always thought the tuneomatic bridge saddles are way too low for my metal playing and even though it is adjustable for overall bridge height on both axis, it doesnt cut it to have nearly flat action because of low adjustability saddle wise.So all saddles for the ResoMax line are cleary well thought out and come with HIGHER ACTION, from the ulf to the alloy ones to the string savers, clearly tone in mind by the engineers!!!I also own the Resomax NvS bridge, another dimension too a perfect companion for a saddle upgrade like this one, the bridge yields more clarity and sustain, its unbelievable but once you play it you wont go back!!! go Graphtech

I have a 2017 Gibson High Performace SG - which meant that awful G-Force set of tuners, a titanium nut, and aluminum saddles. I replaced the Tuners with Gruver locking tuners. The titanium nut with a TUSQ nut I had to file down, and the saddles with these. The change in tone is amazing. It sounds smooth, full, and balloons with mids. I would recommend upgrading your all 2015-2017 Gibson HP guitars. You will love the results and they will quickly become your favorite guitars.

Ordered as a replacement for heavily worn saddles on my 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty. Fit was perfect, though somewhat taller than original saddles, not an issue but required a full setup after installation (which I expected). Tone is great, tuning is stable, product is lasting well. One star off however because the edges are very sharp out of the box - I filed the edges down on mine to prevent cheesegrating my hand while playing.

Bought these to replace some Nashville bridge saddles that were cut terribly at the factory. I don't know how the prior owner dealt with the terrible string spacing with the original saddles.These replacements fixed that issue. They are pre-slotted, so no cutting required. They are easy to install, and are slick, as advertised. I couldn't hear much of a tonal difference, though others report a change in the treble frequencies.Overall, if you're gonna replace your saddles, these are good option.

First, these saddles were really easy to install. I also like the look of the black saddles that help complete the black out transition from the standard Les Paul Cherryburst cream colored parts.Second, paired with the Graphtech carbon infused nut, I have noticed a huge difference in the tone of this guitar which has greatly improved.Overall I found this small investment to be more than satisfactory.
