Cummins APPS TPS Thottle Position sensor Accelerator Position sensor 1998.5-2004 Auto

This company is great, answered my email within 24 hours, great answer that were helpful. The throttle is woking and so far no problems. What gets us is that Dodge knows that they have a problem with the factory throttle this is a big time safety issue. Maybe if Dodge were to use this throttle they would not have so many problems.

It works great but cannot get the check engine light off computer says low voltage

Installed sensor and calibrated it "OK". Worked up until we got some rain or snow a few months later, then the truck would do some weird things like no 4th gear or TCC lockup. Purchased another new sensor from my local NAPA and solved all my problems, I swear this ad use to say 1 year warranty, but now I'm getting the run around and ignored, no exchange, no refund. Recommend you spend the extra $ to get a real warranty.

'01 Cummins diesel had a problem with surging at light steady throttle, worse when cold but always there. Replaced APPS and fixed the problem. APPS was easy to install with the included instructions and I had no problem with calibration. Very happy with this part - prompt delivery and good results.

After installation, the product worked for a couple of weeks, now the throttle is doing the same thing again......

Great replacement for the 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 with that Diesel ISB 5.9 Cummins engine
