Q: I would love to purchase this bag in black but then I read about a staple holding the strap and the strap breaking, Were these quality issues fixed?

I had this bag in black since 2021 and honestly I can say it's the BEST carry it every where it holds alot of stuff including my meds. Get them bag any color you won't be disappointed

I'm 5'4", and it rides just below my hip. There are three more holes in the strap beyond where I have it set, so I think it would be fine for you. I love this purse! It's big, but seems small. or maybe I should say, it's small, but seems big!

Used mine lightly for just over a month and the strap just broke completely off (and then zipper fell off too!) So sad because I loved the purse up until it happened.
