Great design and fit
The bass felt forced and not integrated. Great design and fit.

I fell in love with the aesthetics of these phones over the Audio ...
I bought this product shortly after it was released. I was hesitant to buy this product with no reviews at the time on Amazon and not much product reviews out on the internet.I was in the market of buying the Audio Technica m50x headphones and stumbled upon the NOCS. I fell in love with the aesthetics of these phones over the Audio Technica's and just went for it. The phones are a bit uncomfortable on the ears but I got used to it. The earpads fell off the first day I had them and have fallen off a few times afterwards but they easily go back on. Other than that I love these headphones and I use them all the time.Probably a myth, but don't forget to "break-in" your headphones for about 100 hours.

Feels good, sounds good - but doesn't last.
The 1/4 jack keeps breaking on the inside, poorly constructed. Forget these, get something that lasts.

Great head phones
Great head phones!Pros:- brilliant sound, especially if your tastes fall more to the heavy base side. Very good sound range beyond base too- ear cups are pretty effective at sealing out a lot of external noises, very helpful in noisy environments- great look and feel very well made. Well weight balanced for my tastes- Apple device mic and 3 button controls are plusCons:- not the most comfortable on ears after extended listening (or I just have a larger noggin ...)Highly recommended!

One of the best on ear DJ headphones with unfortunate flaws
I've been DJing professionally for over 25 years and been through quite a few headphones including Sennheiser, Sony, Ultrasone and Pioneer among others. The NS900 is the 21st century version of the HD25's, with better sound and construction. Fit and adjustability are fantastic, and these could have been the best headphones I've ever used for DJ monitoring. Two reasons for the low rating: First, unlike most if not all single cable headphones which have the cable connected to the left cup, the NS900 have their cable in the right cup, which in my opinion is not ergonomically correct. As a workaround, I've been wearing them reversed, but it sometimes sounds awkward (track dependent). Second issue is that the 1/4” plug is prone to damage on the inside (seen it happen to 3 pairs already), causing intermittent sound or loss of signal all together. Even though all parts are replaceable, Nocs has a very poor customer service as they have not returned multiple emails, so good luck getting any spare parts.

You'll wanna dance all night with these
So, i've been using these for about a month now in various situations. Mixing records, subway, walking down the street. But lets start with the design and build quality. I am partial to modern, sleek, no-fuzz design and the NS900 really appealedto my in the sense. When picking up the headphones you really get a sense of the build quality that went in to these. The headbandis supe sturdy and really light. the cushion on the cups themselves is soft and sits perfectly on my ears. There are far more expensive headphones out there that gives you a cushion thats poor quality and just not enough padding and makes your ears bleed. The hexagon screw on that keeps the cups to the band is a nice addition and completes the picture in terms of aesthetics. But you don't buy headphones merely for the looks. When paying 200+ dollars for a headphone they better be rocking your socks off and you know, these do. The lows are there, the mids, highs and oh that beautiful bass that i love so much. The sound on these are on par.So the verdict? I've used a lot of headphones and the awesome sound combined with this no-fuzz design route Nocs have choosen have made the NS900 my go-to headphones for my daily routines as well as mixing records.

Don't hesitate to buy these.
These are my go to headphones. They sound fantastic. Great bass response. Build quality is amazing. I heard these side by side with Beats Mixr and my own Sennheiser HD 25s. Hands down destroy the Beats. Diffidently hold their own against the HD 25s.
