This is an excellent cereal. No added sugar. Tastes nice. Is a bit crunchy and milk doesn't seem to make it soggy ( a good thing to me).

I have been homesick for these. They are very crunchy and low in the bad stuff. Filling and taste good. They hit the spot.

Sometimes I get creative and make yogurt popsicles with fresh fruit and a little bit of this cereal mixed in. When frozen, it keeps a really nice texture and adds that little extra something that makes the popsicles more satisfying. The flavor is mild and earthy, so it pairs well with almost anything. I have also tried it with almond milk and honey, which was really good too. It is not too sweet, and I appreciate that it is made from whole grains and is non-GMO. This is definitely not the kind of cereal you just eat straight out of the box unless you enjoy really crunchy things, but once you mix it into something, it shines. I keep coming back to this brand because it is consistent and I know what I am getting. If you like granola or crunchy toppings, this will be perfect for you.
