Matwave Nasal Irrigator CleanPro N-10. FDA UL CE Cert. (2-year Warranty)

After buying 2 of the main competitors products (they do work until they just stop), I decided to look for a different brand. Found this one and with a 2 yr warranty thought I'd give it a try. It is much quieter than the other ones. It looks clean and takes up less counter space. the lowest speed is still probably 2x more powerful that the competitor. That took a couple of uses to get used to. That means of course that the solution is used up 2x faster also. 2 ways to deal with that: watch and change sides at the 1/2 way mark or just do each side of your nose twice.

Has the SinuPlus for a few months prior to getting this one, and there are several improvements on this machine.1. The water resivour has one bottom, and is a continuous tank body. The SinuPlus has two levels to the tank, and the top level always holds some salt or soda residue.2. The flow adjustment is better graduated, so you don't have to max it out to get very good flow. My SinuPlus was always set to 10, where this one is set to 4.3. It comes with extra parts. Since you are using salt and soda as a flushing and curing medium, there is a strong potential for crystalizing and clogging. This unit comes with the valve that fits into the tank that seals to the motorized bottom.4. For me at least, I use the large bulb/tip to best close off my nostril. The two different shapes between the machines will fit others better or worse. This one comes with a yellowish football shaped bulb, where the old machine had a conical shape. Again, for me, the cone shape never seemed to seal well with light pressure, where the football shape does and with much less pressure.5. Footprint. It takes up about 2/3rds the counter space of the old machine, so less of our bathroom sink is taken up.6. A magnetic wand over a slotted mount. The magnetic attachment for the wand is much easier to use than the old machine's fixed mount.6. Both machines are very loud. While I got used to the tone of the SinuPlus, it was irritating. The tone of the pump on this machine is much less offensive audibly.7. The reservoir lid is one piece and smaller. The old machine has a smaller flip up lid which I believe was intended for filling. I always use distilled water over tap because of the bacteria in tap water, and doing so means I'm pouring from a 1 gallon container, and it was difficult to fill from the top flap without spilling.8. The included salt packets provides a lot of salt.As of yet I don't have any negatives, and based upon a few other reviews the thing I will be keeping an eye out for is durability over time.I highly recommend this type of motorized solution for nasal flushing if you have regular sinus headaches, nasal congestion, or for a preventative for those of us with seasonal allergies.

I purchased this just five weeks ago and it already has quit working. Called the number in the paperwork and it is not theirs. Emailed customer service and have received no reply. 2 year warranty appears to be a scam. Don’t waste your money. I would give it zero stars if I could. This works soooo very well for my 9yo who is ALWAYS stuffy and gets sinus headaches like me. Its really crazy how much mucus can come out of a child's nose but sinuses cover entire face! My other children were so amazed at this product as they watched their older sister and the amount of mucus that cleared out of her nose that they were recording her and wanted to put on YouTube (to her dismay of course and I stopped them from recording her). The whole family was 😲 shocked and amused and my daughter felt sooo much better after using it! I even tried it and it works. It relieves the mucus and pressure and gunk with gentle pushing of saline water through your nostrils. This product which is a lil uncomfortable at first is MUCH cheaper than other brands. It pushes water from one nostril out of the other side. It's easy to use just add one salt packed and luke warm water. It works though! It relieves congestion and sinus headaches and it helps my 9 yo and i rely less on decongestant meds and allows us to feel better without putting meds and junk in our bodies! It's really a good product and i was reluctant to buy but Im glad we did!

I've really struggled with my sinuses since Hurricane Matthew blew thru stirring everything up - can't do the Nettie pot but can do the Nettie syringe type. I'd rate this 5 stars but I'm hold one back till I've used it one week ...After one use I certainly am breathing easier! I LOVE THIS THING ... EVEN MY EARS POP ON OCCASION...AND SOMETIMES I EVEN THINK MY EARS ARE RINGING A LITTLE LESS.

I have chronic allergies and have tried at least 5 different nasal irrigators over the years. This one is my favorite so far. It's nice and quiet, not too big, but powerful. And it has a magnet that keeps the irrigator tip connected upright to the machine, when not in use.

works like the Grosans irrigator....and costs much less $$$....!!!UPDATE 3/18.....still working great...only use as needed..for those who say not strong enough I recommend a cheap garden hose..

This product works like it should, it's very good. I used to use a waterpik with the nasal tip, which was excellent but waterpik doesn't seem to be selling those nasal tips, so I had to buy this. It was worth it; flushing the sinuses can prevent sinus infections. I recommend this product.
