This stuff absolutely makes you sweat a significant amount more wherever you place it. The tube makes it super easy to apply without getting it all over your hands. It feels a little sticky but nothing that would make me want to stop using it. Overall, I think it's a pretty good value and I like the quality.

Great product at a great price!

Well, this product does exactly what Sports Research claims it will do. It will make you sweat. Before purchasing, I assumed that this would be some sort of magic balm that would speed up my weight loss. However, after using this wonderful smelling sweat stick for a while, I found out that it is only effective in increasing perspiration during workouts. Good thing they didn’t advertise this a weight loss product (from what I've seen), because that’s what I assumed it was. What was I thinking? However, it is advertised as a workout enhancer, but I guess you should say it’s a "sweat enhancer". I know that like most "sweat enhancers", this product contains occlusive moisturizers (e.g. white snow petrolatum and Brazilian carnauba wax) as well as ingredients that are great for hydrating and nourishing the skin. So, by generously applying the sweat stick to the desired area, you can trap in body heat, and this will create more sweat than usual for the area in which it is applied. So, you might lose water weight, but that's about it. Overall, I like the sweat stick because it helps me work up a good sweat around my tummy or the area, I apply it to, but that's about it.

Love this stuff! Don’t feel like I get quite the workout if I’m not wearing this. I sweat more, my core temp increases, between this and my pre workout, I get one heck of a workout. Goes on smooth and gives that soft glowy look to skin. Best to wash hands with soap immediately after running on to ensure it doesn’t get everywhere.

I'm giving this 3 stars only because I was a slacker and didn't use it every day when I worked out; BUT when I did apply it, it made the area feel "warmer" and I started sweating! No joke, it was weird. It has a minimal scent, very easy to apply, but just don't use too much, A LITTLE goes a long way or it feels 'goopy' under your clothing. It didn't stain my clothing and seemed to absorb into my skin throughout the day(Yes, I didn't just apply before work outs - I figured if I walked during the day, why not burn extra fat with this stuff?). So much better than the jar, that was a very messy situation and a bother to use.I applied it across my lower belly, hips, inside of my thighs and under arms - I'll follow up on this review now that I'm back on track and applying it before workouts.
