Soft and light ..good for light snack or fasting.
Got it a couple of days back and tried but the usual way, by adding 1/4th ratio of mashed potatoes, crushed jeera and chilli. The flour behaves like ragi and doesn’t stick to tawa as I made mine with oil like paratha. It’s very soft /light and one has to be extremely careful rolling it.It was quite tasty and good for fasting or a light snack.
