Make your old weber brand new
Only pain was removing the old screws on the old burners. Had to use a cutoff saw to reove the screw heads, and drill out the old screw shanks. Otherwise, fit was perfect. My weber had not worked this well for a few years. Was just like new for the flame output.

Burner Tube replacement
What a difference! After 14 years of heavy usage the burner bars on my Genesis 300 have rusted out completely. Watched a YouTube video and found out replacement is a snap. I love these Burner tubes! The installation was a challenge. The 3 screws holding down the tubes were almost impossible to remove. WD 40 wouldn't get them to budge. Couldn't use a driver, my power equipment couldn't get the screws to turn, and I spend a frustrating 30 minutes. Finally decided drastic action was needed. Using a flathead driver, I was able to bend the bar and slide it out from under the screw. The bars where completely rusted out and bent without much effort. Using my vice grip, I was able to grab hold of the screws and force turn them.Once free - installation was simple. Slide the bar out of the temperature control feeder tube and insert the new bar. The challenge came with the cross tube. After much effort and some wrestling the thing finally went into their place. New screws with the kit finished thing off. Reconnected the propane line and the grill lit on the first try. No flareups, even cooking, great taste. Should have done this sooner.

The replacement burner for side control Webers
The original burner was beat after about 12 years, which is pretty good. This is the correct burner for the Weber Genesis with the controls on the right-hand side. I chose the actual Weber brand unit because I knew it would last a long time and because it is made in the USA. Several aftermarket brands, while somewhat less expensive, appear to be made in China. The hardest part was getting the old burner out, as the screws that hold it down to the grill's body were rusted and impossible to unscrew. I cut the heads off with a small cutting wheel, drilled out the rest of the screw, and re-tapped the holes to accept the new screws. My new burner seemed to be missing a screw out of three, so I used one of my own. Once in, everything operated fine, and the improvement in performance is quite noticeable. I am getting the same heat with a lower setting at the control. Because the burners last so long, it is likely that your screws will be rusted, too, and installation may be a little more effort than you would expect. None of that is the fault of this product. Most DIYers should have no problem. The results are worth it!

Main parts fit perfect but missing a part.
The package was an obvious return with the box re-taped and the small parts bag previously opened. It was missing one of the mounting screws. Easier to get from the hardware store than return item. The major components, the burners, were good quality and fit perfectly. The 2 (of 3 needed) screws included were too big for my mounting holes. No problem replacing them from the hardware store.Make sure to push the igniter assembly all the way in past the first resistance until it snaps into place.

Direct, easy replacement
Direct easy replacement for an older Weber Genesis 3 burner grill. No idea how long they'll last but for now I'm thrilled.

Heat like crazy
My 13 year-old Weber. Great grill. Put new burners in - pretty easy. Tested all gas connections for leaks. Turned the starter burner on. Hit the ignition button. Nothing. I thought I needed an ignition replacement at first. But I realized I could hear the igniter clicking. Then I realized there was heat. The burner was lit. I turned the remaining two burners on. Heard them light - could barely see a flame the burners were burning so hot. Put the lid down. Over 600 degrees in about 3 minutes. We'll see how long they last - but I am a happy griller at this point!

Easy to replace if your old screws aren't too rusted
Like another reviewer mentioned, replacing this burner tube set would have been a really easy job...20-30 minutes I'd say, had the bolts holding the old one in place not been so rusted. Despite the fact that I soaked them in penetrating oil, 2 bolts snapped almost immediately when I tried to remove them. Rather than try to remove the snapped off screws, I drilled pilot holes and then used (stainless steel like they should have been in the first place) self tapping screws and it worked like a charm. That being said, I was prepared for that possibility and still finished in around 45 minutes. The instructions were clear and the tubes were a perfect fit for my 2010 Genesis 300. I replaced them when my back 2 burners would no longer ignite. Towards the end before the back two quit on me completely I would have to hit the ignite button for each burner. Now once I get the first burner going they all light as soon as I turn on the gas to them just as they did when the grill was brand new. As a bonus, my grill heats more evenly now and the max high temp I am able to achieve went up by at least 30 degrees. I wish I had done this at least a year ago!
