The clasp on the leather adjusting band is solid, you can snug it down easily while wearing it...the rim is thick enough to absorb sweat without looking thick... It feels unobtrusive and looks cool as hell, doesn't make my brain hot... the color (green) is exactly as pictured. Overall good quality double-layer cap that you can still see light through, should work well all year 'round!

I’d say this is the best docker outside of Sterkowski or Stetson. Nice fabric. I like that there is not a gap in the back like similar hats.

Size and fit are good. Color is nice. Comfortable but not very adjustable. Material and value is okay.

The media could not be loaded. Wrong item sent! I ordered the dark gray hat and was sent the dark green. The packing says gray but the hat is obviously green.

So I am an older man and had to wear baseball caps backwards so that the brim did not reduce my viewing area while hiking. There's a few problems wearing the baseball style cap backwards; first the viewing area is reduced, second when I wore it backwards the brim would always tip the hat off when I looked up, and thirdly, I didn't like the look on me of wearing it backwards....kinda looked like an old man trying to look younger or something like that.As far as the brimless beanie goes it is perfect, fit, comfort, look, and functionally perfect!

Why did I pick this hat up? I wear a ball cap to keep hair out of my face, but ball caps push my glasses down and cause discomfort.The CLAPE takes care of both of my issues!First day wearing it and liking it very much. The fit is good and the quality seems very good. Only daily wear will test the durability. The CLAPE fits my style and best part is my wife gave the thumbs-up!
