Wooden Railway Clock Tower Connection

I really wanted this to work, my 3 year old loves clocks and bells and we wanted something new and interesting to elevate his current Orbrium wood track. He loves to ring the bell but sadly virtually NONE of his cars/engines fit through either tunnel. These are fairly standard engines that work with multiple brands of tracks just fine, so it's not like they're oversized at all. We are either going to have to figure out a way to raise it so that at least we can use the lower track, or damage the product by cutting into or sanding down the arches so that they're tall enough, and repainting it. I hope the manufacturer considers re-engineering this product a little so that there aren't any more disappointed kids. Otherwise, the timeliness of the package was great considering it came from the UK, it arrived in just over a week!

Literally just received the items and my 3 year old was so excited to add the tower to his tracks. He's Thomas mad and its the only thing he plays with. Tower looks great and seems to be made well. I was also pleased that the curved tracks are included, the problem is the first 3 trains he tried to put through the lower tunnel don't fit. The tunnel is about 1/2 -1 inch too short. I am using authentic Thomas & Friends wooden trains and wooden tracks. Belle, Ben & Bill (and I'm sure a few others) do not fit. they JUST make it on the upper track (my son tried to reverse Belle though the upper tunnel and it was stuck. Forwards it is just fine. SO, I have a slightly disappointed 3 year old, and can't take the tower away from him now so I will probably go to a crafts store and have to glue 3 or 4 ice cream stick on the base so the trains fit though. Very disappointing. If the seller manufacturers these I recommend you adding an inch to the base/height of tunnel

Nice Bell tower and fun addition to our set. However Chuggington and other larger trains do NOT fit through the tunnels.

My 5 yr old grandson is obsessed with clock and bell towers. This fit the bill for both, and his matching wooden train tracks that he already had.

My grandson who loves watching you tube videos of the Big Ben Clock Tower loved it. He especially liked that the bell rings.

This is a great addition to any of the wooden train sets. Perfectly made, fine quality. I would highly recommend it.
